Great wines at great prices; Agents are responsive and attentive with my inquiries (agent Blanc has helped me several times over the years, and he's great!!! -- give him a raise!) Only minor complaint I have overall is packaging & shipping lead-times can get a little long. I currently have 3 lockers in various states from "pending" to "in-transit".
Had an issue with a corked bottle of wine. Agent Blanc responded within an hour of me submitting a ticket, on a late Friday afternoon no less. He had a replacement bottle in my locker on Monday morning. What more can you ask for! Fantastic customer service 👏 Thanks wine spies and Agent Blanc!
I had a mix up with shipping some wine during the summer heat (my mistake, not Wine Spies;) and the crew at Wine Spies just made it all better! No questions asked, just really great, responsive, and customer-oriented problem solving and customer services. Great wine and great people who support sales! I'm a fan.

Great deals and great service. I've been purchasing wine online for 20 years and have tried almost all the popular sites. Some have come and gone. Wanted to delay shipping of lockers till the fall to avoid heat issues. Agent blanc was very helpful in manually scheduling a later date. As always a seamless experience and knowing that I’m getting great wine values.

Great company! Have bought locker full assortments for over 6 years without any disappointments. If any issues have occurred the fix was IMMEDIATE. Prices and selections of reds🍷has been very reasonable and below local market prices. Email is closely monitored and timely.

I've been a long time customer of Wine Spies and they always been upfront on issues, delivered when requested and not before taking extra steps in warmer conditions to keep the wine at a good travel temperature. I reached out about the timing of my shipment due to the current high heat and putting it off for a couple months. Agent Shiraz who responded noted an off comment I included in my reasoning for the delay. In my request I noted a few years back out of all the wines I received, I had one wine 4 bottles that went bad after storing for a couple years. Agent Shiraz in his response addressed this and offered a credit as they stand behind all the wines they ship 100%. I told him was not expecting anything as a wine going bad in a collection can happen on rare occasions and it was from 2021 happening only once. Agent Shiraz went ahead and credit me in full for the 4 bottles shipped 5 years ago! That is truly standing 100% behind your products and way beyond my expectations. Easy a 5 star plus, experience!

My ups delivery came early than expected. Agent Shiraz responded quickly and had it redirected at no cost to me so I’ll be able to pick it up.

I never received a delivery from UPS. In clicking on the tracking number it stated “package has been damaged and all merchandise has been discarded.” Agent Shiraz was able to send out a replacement order with all the same wines. Great service!
