I am huge fan and have been part of the wine spies community for years. They discover and deliver fabulous wines at tremendous value for dollar. Awesome Customer Service!

It is the customer service that makes Wine Spies so special, plus the amazing offerings. When I want to check if another bottle of a particularly favorite wine of mine is still available, I email Agent Blanc. I always get a response that a real person will respond and that is exactly what happens within, at the most, 24 hours, but usually within 12 hours. Agent Blanc then responds, checks on my request and lets me know if the wine is still available, which many times it is. I always give repeat business to a company with excellent customer service and DO NOT continue with a company that does not. I have been a Wine Spies operative for years and due to it being fun and satisfying, I plan to continue. Thank you Wine Spies!

I've had great experiences with Wine Spies in general. Done 2-3 lockers over the past couple years. Amazing deals. Love the chance to try different, high quality wines. Today I was especially delighted with the incredibly fast email response I received from Agent Blanc about my pending shipment. Super helpful, super friendly. They really do a great job!

Great handing of delayed shipments

I've purchased 15 lockers from Wine Spies. Out of those 15 I've had 9 of them held for later due to the heat of shipping in the summer months. Each time Agent Blanc has responded within a matter of hours to get this taken care of. They make the process of buying great wine at great prices so easy. Looking forward to some of these recent purchases when I get them delivered this winter.

The customer support I received from Agent Blanc was great. While it's rare to ever have any issues with the wine, it's nice to know that you can reach someone quickly to solve your problem. I have been purchasing wine from Wine Spies for several years now and I am totaly satisfied with every purchase. Sometimes delivery can be an issue, but never with Wine Spies themselves. If I do have an issue, agents like Agent Shiraz who was amazing, respond quickly and do what they can right away. Truly, that is all you can ask of any business
