Agent Shiraz took great care of me! I had purchased 2 bottles of a wine but they not yet shipped. I sampled a bottle of the same wine a friend of mine had and I didn’t care for it. The agent was able to cancel my order and credit my account without any difficulty. They answered my question amazingly quickly, and the whole matter was dealt with in a timely, professional manner. Much appreciated!

Prices are so good, its dangerous! Friendly, fantastic support from Agent Shiraz, who also happens to find and recommend the best reds!

Trouble with UPS - Fixed by Wine Spies' Agent Shiraz

After having several Wine Spies orders delivered to my local UPS Store, the store unexpectedly refused to accept my most recent delivery. Left in limbo, I contacted Wine Spies customer service. Agent Shiraz responded promptly and personally reached out to the UPS Store, but they still would not accept the shipment. Agent Shiraz stayed on top of the issue, kept me updated, and arranged an alternative delivery so I could quickly receive my wine. It was great customer service by Wine Spies and Agent Shiraz was prompt, professional, pleasant, and truly outstanding.

I'm not one for hyperbole...

I'm not one for hyperbole, but this interaction is the best possible example of customer service. I've been satisfied with both the service and products offered by Wine Spies, but a bottle that I just bought last year turned out to be over the hill. I reached out to them to return the other bottle that I still have. Literally in 3 minutes, "Agent Shiraz" replied with a full refund (as credit) for BOTH bottles, AND an apology. How's that for doing the right thing, saying the right thing, pronto! Kudos to Wine Spies - this really blew me away.

I just wanna tell you all what a great company you are and what great Customer Service I have received in such a short time. I am new to your company. I have ordered quite a bit of wine very quickly and that’s not gonna stop. You have answered my questions you have been courteous with your responses knowing that I’m new to your account and I just think you need to know how thrilled I am to find a company like yours in today’s market. I signed up for another company at the same time as I signed up for you as I am an avid Wine collector for the last 30 years and in one shipment with one problem, they were a nightmare to deal with and rude as well.
