Terrible I can’t even track a item I purchased in may for a graduation gift it was supposed to come a day after graduation and it never came no phone number and they don’t respond to their emails it’s June and I still haven’t received it or even know what’s going on total scam .

These people rip you off. I uploaded a photo and made the payment for the gift item. I received a message from their website stating that I can update the photo within 24 hours if I wanted to. I decided to update the picture for the gift item within few hours and these guys told me they cannot accept the new update as they have already made the item. These people rip you off. Bad service.

Terrible. You will not receive what you paid for. I paid a lot of money for a customized night light/speaker. The pictures looked amazing on the website. When you get it the speaker looks tacky and the picture on it looks terrible like it was drawn by a two year old. Save yourself the trouble and long wait for shipping.
