I disliked false advertisement. As I paid for express delivery and did not receive the delivery in time to be presented for a 60th birthday celebration.
On a positive note. The recipient loved the gift. I was exceptionally pleased with the product. Please produce in a larger version. I would love to give 5 stars, however it should be included in the advertisement the country of export and time-frame of delivery to various countries.

Do not use this company. I purchased a picture for my husband from our boys. The quality was awful. Broken frame, no glass, glued. The words printed were all different sizes. Cannot be put up. Refused a full refund, finally managed to get a mere 20% for an item that I will not use. Offered to do again but if I paid shipping, I did not want to risk another poor quality product and spending more money. Will never use again

The item I ordered was very disappointing. I could not read the wood etched lettering and neither could my nephews. On the light wood, light lettering was used.
Love the concept but in about 6 months the lettering will be totally gone.
Also there was no receipt in the box or contact information. I would have returned the item for a refund.

This company is dishonest. The product did not match the picture they advertised. Also, they made an error with the picture on my order and forced me to pay shipping for a new one. I agreed to pay the additional money for their mistake if they would use a different picture. They agreed, so I paid out of desperation to have the Father's Day gift in time. The same exact picture and bad quality product arrived again. I just got suckered out of more money, and they did nothing to fix their mistake. I will never order from the site ever again.

Only after I placed my order did I realise my blanket was being sent from a China based company. I then read the dreadful trust pilot reviews and thought the blanket would never arrive. As my dad was ill I wanted the blanket quickly, so I emailed them about express delivery, but their customer service email bounced back to me - confirming my fears, I would never see the blanket again. So I decided to order another blanket from another company.
Anyhow, my order was placed on 23rd May and it arrived today 6th June - it only took 2 weeks and it looks fabulous - hence my 4 star review. if their email address worked, it would have been a 5 star review. It’s a shame we can’t post photos here to show the results.
Sadly my dad passed away on the 4th June, so he didn’t see this blanket, but I will keep it as a lovely memory and comforter.
