Excellent, Responsive Customer Service

I can't yet give a review of the product as there was a shipping issue. But I can give a review of the excellent customer service I received from Isabelle. The "last mile" shipping company, SwiftX, sent the proof of delivery photos. But the delivery was 1) left in front of my garage at 9:30pm rather than the driver taking 3 extra seconds to leave it at my front door. 2) was gone by the next morning. 3) wasn't even the right package. SwiftX "delivered" an envelope. I ordered (2) Havie lamps which Isabelle agreed would not fit into an envelope. She apologized for the shipping company and promptly replied to all my e-mails throughout the process and she got a new order processed right away for me at no charge and gave instructions for them to deliver the replacement to my front door. Give Isabelle a raise! Or at least buy her lunch more often.

Excellent communication.

I had to reach out to ask about the warranty regarding the light, as one of the 3 I purchased wasn’t holding a charge any more. Isabelle guided me through some steps to make sure the havie lamp was actually defective (which I thought was silly I think I would know). Turned out I simply had a defective cable and I really was wrong :/ Isabelle was very sweet, had very quick responses, did her job perfectly and remained professional when I confirmed it was my error (I was embarrassed I didn’t check a new cable before emailing haha). Honestly the best experience and they would have sent me a new light no hesitation if I really was having an issue with my lamp. 5 ⭐️

I absolutely love my amazing Havie lamp

Very happy with my amazing Havie lamp and great customer service. I had great contact with Isabelle and she helped me with a problem I had with my lamp and made sure I got a replacement. They are really sure of their product and I really love it so much. I would definitely order again and can't do without my lamp for meditation and sleep.

I recently had contact with Havie’s Customer Service support - (big shout out to Isabelle) Isabelle was fantastic - she regularly kept me in the loop re: my inquiry. She was informed, proactive, professional and very warm with her responses - she was the epitome of what good customer support should be. Thank you so much Isabelle for your wonderful support - and thank you Havie for your wonderful lamp. I wrote a review of my lamp shortly after purchasing and receiving it - I absolutely love it.

Product and Customer service both get A++++ from us.

We ordered one of the Havie lamps and we were checking to see when it would be delivering. I sent my request tracking my product. And the very next day it showed up. But still I got an email response from Isabelle let me know all the shipment information. I appreciate the prompt response back. Sorry for my impatience on waiting for it to show. But my wife and I were very excited to get it and how the quality would be. And I must say it’s more than what we expected. So much so we are thinking of ordering another one for ourselves. But we were thinking it might be a wonderful Christmas present for this coming season. Some we maybe ordering a whole lot more. Again great product for the price and great customer service. Thank you again Isabelle.

Customer Service is Amazing

I heard about Havie's customer service but I got to experience it today! If I could leave them 10 stars I would. Very professional, worked with me to try and correct the problem, and responed very quickly. Even though I did ultimatley decided to return the lamp it is through no fault of Havie! Listen to the reviews about the customer service!! They are the Chick Fil A of lamp services!!

I am so incredibly impressed with both…

I am so incredibly impressed with both the light ( which is beautiful ) & the customer service ! My lamp was having an issue and turning on and off by itself & when I reached out to Havie they not only were so amazing to work with but have sent out a replacement right away! I’d highly recommend this company & light 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

As the tracking information showed my first one got lost in the mail so Isabelle sent another right away no questions asked. The second one arrived quickly. It’s really cute and fun. It has lots of options in terms of colour, brightness, etc. The light it gives off is really pretty and calming. The speaker is surprisingly good for the price point and easily connects to your cell phone. Seems like a good gift idea too. The quality seems good and I would likely buy an updated version if they continuously improve it. For example if there was a deluxe version where the top was glass instead of plastic. Also, the motor is quiet but would be nice if they could work on making it even more quiet to keep the spa vibes peaceful as possible for those of us with OCD like me. Pro tip: actually read the instructions for how to turn it on rather than pressing the speaker to try to turn it on, my bad : /
