for reference, my wife and i are millennials, so by all rights we should be tech savvy.. come to find out we are not. initially we struggled to do anything with the lamp, which is embarrassing at baseline. so we reached out to customer service for help, and izabelle graciously replied and saved the day with a video SHOWING us how to work it. thank you, we love it and we love knowing how to use it <3

When i received the lamp I noticed that the cord was not in the box. I contacted customer support via email and they responded quickly. They clarified the situation and my lamp works great. It brings a calming mood to my bedroom to help me wind down.

Feels like watching a warm fireplace
I only turn on my Havie light now at night..it gives such a beautiful warm glow..like watching a slow warm fire place..all my friends who visit always comment they want one too! and Isabelle in the support team made it super duper easy to buy it online thankyou!
Save your money
Box and manual state the lamp comes with a USB-C cable. It does not. When emailed about this, they basically said "we don't include them anymore because most people already have one". The lamp and remote are of very average quality, absolutely not worth the money. Buy the same product from aliexpress for half the price.
I'm obsessed with the lighting
I'm obsessed with the lighting! I love warm sunset glows in my house at night and the Havie lighting gives you exactly that. It's giving the best calming feeling for winding down in the evenings. Also, customer service is fantastic. One of my lamps broke and they are arranging to send me a replacement which is very much appreciated.

Isabelle was fantastic. She responded right away to my issue and resolved it within 24 hours. I had accidentally ordered too many lights because I was tired and clearly not paying attention, lol. She was very understanding, friendly, and addressed my concerns right away. Her dedication to customer satisfaction really stood out and I very much appreciate her. I will definitely be ordering again from Havie simply because of the customer service that Izabelle provided.

Great customer service
I received my havie lamp as a gift. I reached out to the customer support team due to having some technical issues - Isabelle provided detailed step by step instructions on how to trouble shoot. Unfortunately it seemed my havie device was defective so Isabelle was prompt to confirm my shipping details & send out a replacement! Really appreciate the level of support provided.
Brilliant customer support!
At first I was worried this was too good to be a true, a scam, and when I had a couple minor concerns when my order arrived I feared that was true. BUT I am happy to share I was wrong and Isabelle in customer support went above and beyond to help me and put my fears to rest. I’ve used it the past couple nights and I’ve never felt so calm and relaxed falling asleep.
