Purchased their seed potatoes- Blue Adirondack and another russet- great success here in NJ. Easy to deal with and fair prices. Glad they don't sell out like 4 months out like other bigger seed houses.

I've been buying seed potatoes from wood prairie farm for a few years now and have had far better success with them than from any other seed source I tried. Great selection and quality. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to harvest great potatoes.

I’m just a small home gardener, but I like to order seed from a variety of smaller seed producers to keep things from getting too centralized. This year I ordered my herb and bean seeds from Wood Prairie Farm, as well as a couple of bags of their organic fertilizer. Great service, high rates of germination, and I think the fertilizer was good. I didn’t grow potatoes this year, but I’m excited to try some of their seed potatoes next year.

I planted 2018 season of potatoes from Wood Praire Family Farm. The results were very good and we will have potatoes through the winter. Not only that, the plants as they grew gave the garden a deep rich green hue and the pollinators were abundant. The patriotic red, white and blue potatoes came in during July, great timing?

This is the first year I ordered from Wood Prairie Family Farm and am very happy with my whole experience! I have harvested one of the three varieties of potatoes I ordered so far, and am delighted with both the yields and quantity. I proudly took these potatoes to Farmers Market to sell, and shared them with my CSA members, receiving great reviews from both audiences. I plan to buy my seed potatoes from Wood Prairie every year!

We ordered the Experimenters Special, with four kinds of potatoes: Rose Finn, All Blue, Adirondack Blue and Red Norland. With about 12 starter potatoes and no prior experience as potato growers, I didn't expect a lot - but at the end of August we harvested about 100 potatoes! They are more delicious than we'd ever imagined! We're delighted! Thank you!

Excellent Yields! I have been planting Wood Prairie Family Farm seed potatoes for over 6 years. We have no control over the weather, but I do receive a consistent yield every year for our family. This year, I have had some of my largest potatoes yet! This started as a project to do with our 5 year old grandson. Some years I do all of the planting; however, he is always sure to come for visit when it is digging-time! This will continue to be an annual crop at our home. And I am guaranteed a visit from our grandson! (I have been offered seed potatoes by neighbors, but I still will always plant Wood Prairie Family Farm.)
