They told me I was promoted just so they could sneak in a request for a Trustpilot review via email. It was a poor move because my status is still stuck at Bronze. Furthermore, despite having a 5-star rating, I haven't won a single project since last year. Do I really have to pay just to be considered? I thought the 20% commission was more than enough.
