A client for several years now working on different workflows and have always been happy with the experience. Lydia is great at troubleshooting and finding practical solutions as issues come up, and Nick recently built out a really clean and functional dashboard for our team. They're professional, easy to work with, and took time to understand how our business actually operates. It's been great working with them.

Great overall experience! Julian D'Andre & Nick Kasper at Workflow Magic worked on our project from start to finish, and we couldn't have asked for a better team! They both were professional, responsive, patient and overall great individuals to work with. Julian brought a thoughtful, strategic approach to the team. His leadership kept us on track, and he maintained patience throughout while we accomplished our timeline goals. Nick was our lead implementation representative who always handled our requests with grace and understanding. He was very responsive and helpful for whatever small or large requests we threw his way. One additional note about the Workflow Magic team was that they are very understanding of their clients' capabilities, strengths and weaknesses. I think this is important to highlight because it creates a comfortable working relationship and dynamic to the project!
I had a great experience working with Workflow Magic. From the very beginning, my implementation manager, Nick Kasper, and Lydia Abbott were incredibly supportive and hands-on. Lydia, in particular, has been there for every project takeoff, making sure everything ran smoothly. We worked together to build an attendance tracker that gives full visibility into attendance events. It includes a calendar view, reporting tools, an easy-to-use intake form, and even an automatic connection to our employee directory. Before this system, I had no real way to compile or manage employee attendance data—it was scattered and hard to analyze. Now, everything lives in one place, and I can actually create meaningful insights and look back on attendance trends with ease. The automation alone has saved a significant amount of administrative burden and time. What used to be manual and time-consuming is now streamlined and efficient. On top of that, the turnaround time was incredibly fast—just about 2 weeks from first contact to full implementation. I would absolutely recommend Workflow Magic to anyone looking to improve their processes and save time.

And knowing that our plan would be folding in people outside of our smaller team, he created resources that can be used to on-board those additional people. If our team (or the new users we add) have future projects that need help with implementation in Monday - we'll definitely be asking to partner with Ben again!

The work moved along efficiently and effectively. Took some work to get on the same page but that was quickly resolved and then everything else fell into place. The weekly check ins were great - it ensured we all stayed on task. Mete listened carefully to our questions and followed up with getting answers.
I really loved how knowledgeable both Victoria and Nick where. Our needs were out of the ordinary and they worked hard to find solutions for everything. I appreciate the straight forwardness about what we could accomplish so that no time was wasted, they were always very responsive to all of our needs. We are growing General Contractor that needed the capabilities to perform in a CRM and convert to a Project Management tool with several automations and integrated apps such as Docusign. They took us from unorganized folders on our desktops to high performing pipelines allowing for accountability across the team and detailed eyes on each ongoing project. We are now able to forecast efficiently without guessing. Overall this has been a fantastic experience and I highly recommend Nick and Victoria to lead your project.

CRM Implementation: Overall it went really well. They were able to work with our requirements and provide a usable interface for us to manage our sales process. They even went beyond to help integrate it with our Work Management system. Great team, knowledgeable, and I will make sure to keep them in mind if I have any additional projects.

What made my experience great was Mete’s ability to really listen and understand how our organization actually operates, and then translate that into a system that works in practice—not just in theory. The company does very well in taking complex, somewhat messy workflows and turning them into clear, structured processes. They are especially strong at building systems that improve organization, accountability, and internal alignment without overcomplicating things. Communication was also a standout—responsive, patient, and solution-oriented throughout. At no point did the process feel overwhelming, even as we were making meaningful operational changes. Overall, they strike a strong balance between technical expertise and practical application, which made the experience both productive and genuinely valuable. As a next step, it could be helpful to include a brief post-implementation check-in to ensure everything continues to run smoothly as teams fully adopt the system.
