I first came to Lydia several years ago to learn how to use Monday.com for my business. At the time, I only knew the basics, and I truly appreciated how patient and knowledgeable Lydia was in teaching me the platform.
A few years later, after Monday.com introduced many new features, I reached out again for additional training. This time, I worked with Max, and he was fantastic. He took the time to understand exactly what my business needed, was incredibly knowledgeable, and customized a setup that fit my workflow perfectly. I really appreciate the new system he created for me, and it has made managing my business much more efficient.
I highly recommend Lydia and Max to anyone looking to get the most out of Monday.com. Their expertise and dedication have been invaluable to my business.

From Manual Processes to Seamless Monday.com Automation
We worked with Victoria and Jodi on our Monday.com automation project, and they were both incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. We had been using Monday.com for a little over a year, but nearly everything was being entered and managed manually. We knew there had to be a more efficient way to handle our workflows, which led us to Workflow Magic.
From the start, Victoria and Jodi took the time to understand our goals and helped us identify the best solutions. Their expertise and guidance made it easy to navigate the implementation process, and they were always available to answer questions and provide recommendations.
The project focused on automating our workflows, including the automatic creation and assignment of tasks for each project and campaign. In addition, Workflow Magic helped us build Internal Intake Forms and Statements of Work (SOW) forms, that standardized how work is requested, approved, and executed; creating a more structured and efficient process. Together, these automations and process improvements have streamlined our operations, reduced manual work, and will save our team significant time. The implementation was smooth, efficient, and delivered exactly what we were hoping to achieve.
One of the things we appreciated most was that they didn't just build the automations and walk away. They provided detailed SOPs and documentation to ensure our team could confidently manage and maintain the processes moving forward. We also appreciate that Workflow Magic offers ongoing support packages, which we see as a valuable investment in the long-term success of our workflows. Having access to their expertise allows us to regularly review what's working well, identify opportunities for improvement, and make adjustments as we evolve. We really didn't know what to expect…
We really didn't know what to expect when we initiated this training, but Julian was great and walked us through the basics so our team could have a much better understanding of how we could best use Monday.com's platform.
A professional and experienced solutions focused person.
I had the please of working with Max on some limited usability scenarios with some industry tools, Max was able to handle this with quick verbal exchanges, limited but also local tools to generate a solution that would effectively get us to where we needed with minimal compromise. He was pleasant, patient and professional with minimum input needed. I would consider requesting him again for similar and new challenges in the technical space.

Make.com to Workflows
Overall the team was very helpful in helping to identify an issue with our Make.com scripts what was imminent. We were able to sign a 3 month maintenance retainer solve issue and then that provided a bit more time to improve our current setup.
Max was excellent to work with. He solved the current issue at hand and then provided the right guidance and made suggests to improve our current setup. He was always pleasant, attentive and easy to work with. I'd be delighted to have him on my next project.

Julian and Rynn have done an amazing job on helping us build an entire company-wide CRM and Service system. They are a joy to work with, and you can always expect a fast response if you ever need to get anything done ASAP.
