Got a 2s. So far so good. Not ridden in the wet. Delivery to uk was 6 weeks. A little longer than I anticipated but not bad. Fast, quiet and smooth. All good 6 months in. Got with upgraded battery.

Wowgo 2S, great board.
Had a Wowgo 2S almost since it came out and it’s a great board for the price. Brilliant communication from them when I had queries. Shipping took a while, but exactly what I was expecting.

Great quality board for excellent price
I've ordered my board around Christmas discounts and had to wait until end of the winter, but using it for 3 months now and the WowGo 3x is great! Parts are of good quality, remote with current speed display is awesome. One thing I'd love to have is access for other types of pulleys to swap wheels.
Horrible company
Horrible company. Refused to cancel my order. Does not accept returns. And weeks for delivery. Horrible.
Still no board
5 weeks after order, still no board received with fast shipping option. 4 weeks after order they gave me UPS tracking number but UPS did not received any board yet. Customer service is terrible. They do not acknowledge there is a problem with them. "I just have to be patient".

No Board Horrible Customer Service No Refund Opening an Investigation with my Bank and Paypal. I keep getting messages to stop the investigation as it is hurting them.... Well deliver your product as listed and maybe we wouldn't have issues :(

Go for it and order it. It's so nice and despite this corona thing they managed to deliver the board in 24 days to Europe. When I was about to make my purchase decision and read these reviews on Trustpilot then I almost cancelled my plan. But then I found wowgo users group on Facebook and everyone encouraged me and that community is always ready to help. Nice board good value for money and a really nice design. I absolutely love it.
STILL NO DELIVERY
Our skateboard ordered mid November for a Christmas present has still not arrived and my emails are being ignored. There were lots of the same negative reviews left on their website but of course they keep getting deleted so please don’t be fooled! I’m about to request my money back via PayPal
Xmas present not delivered in time!!!!
Absolutely gutted! Ordered my sons Christmas present weeks ago and have just been advised it won’t make it for Christmas. I now have no money and no time to arrange another present so he will be without. I ordered from this company as a family member had previously ordered from them and it was delivered quickly so I didn’t think for a second we would be let down.
Be warned
Be warned! This is a scam! They take your money and do not deliver! More than three months now with multiple mails telling me it’s on the next flight..... UPS tracking numbers which are dreamed up. You have been warned! Further update 6th January 20. This morning a UPS parcel was delivered from Wowgoboard, the contents of which, were two small logs of wood freshly cut from a tree. The story continues.......
Board didn't arrive
Board didn't arrive, Trying to hunt down customer support for 10 days now, absolutely no information or answer is given. Claiming with paypal is in progress. Edit: pursued through paypal, money was returned. Terrible customer service, and communication in general. after 2 months of asking about my package, i got the info it was stuck in import, they offered 15$ EUR for the next order. For a 400+eur product, 2 months of waiting, both for board, and money return which was forced upon by paypal, i dont think its worth the ''discount''. If you are in europe, there is equivalent products you wont have to wait this long, especially considering the fact if something breaks down, you need god's intervention to get replacement parts. Good luck if you love to gamble.
You’ll throw your money away
Terrible customer service. What little communication was sent is in broken English. a month after purchase I’m still getting the run around. I’ve been told I’d get a tracking number in the next 2 days multiple times over the last two weeks. After asking for a refund they sent a FedEx tracking number that is not recognized by fedex.
Great skateboard with long shipping time.
Bought a wowgo 2S. Great skateboard. I couldn't be happier. I didn't have much experience with skateboards prior to buying this board, so I'm no expert. But it seems like great quality, feels great and very controllable. The ride is precise, braking and accelerating is very smooth, meaning there's no sudden and unintentional surprises. The shipping time is longer than what you would want. In my case, living in europe, it took 3 working days from I ordered it until they sent the board and emailed me the tracking number. Another 16 days until the board arrived. It would be the same from all other board manufactures outside of europe. The customs will be a delaying factor. But it was with a heavy beating heart I ordered the board after reading all these reviews telling us how bad the shipping is. But personally I had zero problems.
Bought the board 12.June
No money - no board. Bought the board 12.June. Nothing happened for 2-3 days, and I filed a claim with PayPal. Wowgo then came up with a tracking number. I closed the case with PayPal because of this, but it turned out that the tracking number was not active. There's no package. Seller claims that it's stuck un EU customs, but they can not provide any proof of this. Finally received an email with an offer to have the board re-sent or get a refund. I chose the refund, which was promised to be arranged within 1 business day. Then it was asap. And then it was within this week. It's Friday tomorrow. No board. No money. Nothing. Wowgo are actually sending out some boards, but you're lucky if you get it. They are stealing money from a lot of people in the process. Check out the user group on Facebook before you buy. You'll see happy customers with their boards, and a lot of frustrated people they've ripped off. I'll have to realize that my $540 is lost. And that sucks.
