Definitely stay away from Wowgo! Ordered a new remote from wowgo shop on the 12th August. Everything looked fine. A week later it wasn't shipped yet so I contacted them to find out that the item was not even in stock even though they keep selling it on the website which makes no sense. So they promised me to send it last week. No updates or item still.

Well seems like after I contacted Wowgo the item is still not in stock. Refund takes 10days to process. What a waste of time! I don't understand these companies that are so dishonest. The customer will figure it out eventually and never come back. Like in this case.

WowGO boards are budget priced but very good quality. I bought the Wowgo Mini and it delivers in speed, braking, range, hill climbing ability, and longevity, (10 months so far!). I would always consider WowGo when shopping for an E-board.
Ordered a wowgo 3x on the 16th of June and still no sign of it was sent a ups tracking number and still no update on it emails were sent back and fourth and I was sent a screenshot of tracking information saying my order was in Belgium that was nearly two weeks ago and still no update I highly recommend staying away from this company as I have very little faith that my board has even been shipped I will be requesting a refund
After 48 days of no shipping update, I will call PayPal and get a refund.
After 48 days and counting, I can't review the Wowgo 3X that I purchased through PayPal because I haven't received the skateboard. I have emailed and messaged them four times and always get a reply. Replies are nice but if Wowgo cannot deliver their product in the advertised time after being paid, then you get a very bad review.
Bought 2 Wowgo 3x after watching some great reviews. I received my boards 8 days after ordering and i am in the UK, so far i am more than happy, so much fun.
Boards have good build quality, everything feels solid.
Lovely flex on the boards when riding, making it easy to free ride, loosened the trucks on one board for my kids and i can’t get them off it.
So far so good, WOWGO 👍
Be wary of WOWGO's Customer Service. They are great for selling you a product and getting your money. They are NOT so good at the Customer Service. They will demand MORE money from you to replace any faulty parts.
I started out as a satisfied customer, but have literally done a 180 after dealing with their atrocious After Sale Service

Ordered the WowGo 3x with the bigger battery. Thankfully I got what was ordered but was incomplete. They forgot the 6903RS bearing on the right side belt motor. Have been waiting on a response for over a week it caused damage backed by photos and I don't even want to know how much wear it out on the motor. As soon as I sent the requested photos they ghosted me like it was no big deal. It's a down right safety problem that could of ended badly for me or others around me considering how busy downtown Vancouver gets and all the big hills. (What made me rip the drivetrain apart while out was a shuttering jolting as I was trying to slow down coming down a steep hill into a busy street.) Keeping in mind this is still on the factory battery charge. All for a part I could buy 10 of for under $15, caused damage and bad ware on approx $200 plus tax and the B.S shipping cost to fix something they couldn't figure out or own up to from the start. I thought they would of been a safe choice but I'm going back to my old boosted mini x and stealth. At least I know they will work when I need it. Also ADD a switch to engage movement. I went to grab something out of my pocket when was stopped at a red light behind a taxi and the wheel pushed forward and the board shot out from under my foot and went under the taxi and was almost ran over. That's just day one of ownership and it's left me so mad and sick feeling having to look at the thing that I will tell anyone I meet that's thinking about what to get to stay as far away as possible. Thanks for the pile of dog crap with wheels guys. Your service and product development programs are a joke even for cheap Chinese boards.

So here's my story...
I bought a wowgo 3x for 750$. The board got delayed, and I messaged them. Got a reply that my board is on the way. Finally, after 51 days my board arrived (they promised me maximum 40 days).
When I open the package, I see that the grip-tape is really poorly placed (looked like a 5 year old had put it on) and I also got the WRONG charger.
So I message them back, and they say "We can send you a new charger and give you 5$". I mean come on wowgo. 5$. I payed 750$ for that board. After another 40 days my charger arrives in my city. But to pick it up I have to pay customs tax (8$). I message wowgo again, and this time it takes them 4 days to anwser. The say they're sorry, but that I have to pay- for their misstakes. Tax was included in the 750$ so of course they should pay this tax aswell? But they didn't.
So I bought a board, got the wrong charger and had to pay to get my "original" one. How insane is that?
They also delete bad posts about them and bad reviews on their own website.
I had several electric boards and the wowgo remains the best!
Normally the delivery is fast (15-20 days canada a little longer because of the covid)
But it remains the best qualiter price!

A fair priced alternative from a seemingly honest company
Despite the at best average english translations on the site and the somewhat slow delievery times i am struggling to find any negative things to say about the board or the after-purchase service.
I have used my 2s to commute daily (on rainless and snowless conditions) in Stockholm. I can't say that i have tested the 30% gradient claim nor the top speed but i have never met a hill that it couldn't handle and rarely find myself cruising at top speed. My power button stopped working after 500 miles, After contacting them i received two spares which i paid 6$ in shipping. I can't imagine that i would be any more pleased with, for example, a boosted board that costs four times the money.
Board itself is nice - I have got over 1500 km on it, but shipping time and customer service is horrible - waiting 2 months for an email about wheel isuue, I have already fixed it myself. But, despite that, the board is great. SO, the question is, are you gonna go bet that everythings is ok? If yes, take it - it is worth the money. But if you are unlucky in life - dont try.
Manufacturer issue with the boards motor (2s) threw me infront of a truck which I was very very lucky not to be ran over by. Contacted wowgo who admitted it was their fault (known issue) but refused to do anything to help fix it or refund me despite being in warranty. 6 months of dispute with wowgo, PayPal and finally my bank the money was returned.
Except from the long delivery (which is expected, it says so on the website). I had a pleasant experience buying form this company. The board itself is (the wowgo KT) is a beast, except from maybe the turn-ratio. All in all, nice board and you get what you expect.
I personally had no problems with customer support. There were some issues with shipping since the pandemic but customer support helped me navigate the problems and I got the board. Intact.
The quality of the board is good, but not exceptional, as some of the YouTube reviews would imply. The motors are powerful but not the best (little imperfections). It’s a very good entry level board! Battery and esc work excellent, trucks and bushings and wheels are good, but they can be upgraded to the highest level possible if needed. I think the company is definitely working on improving
When my board came it had everything it said it would come with. The board worked absolutely perfectly. After watching a lot of online reviews about the board I’m struggling to find anyone saying something bad about it. If I had to say something bad about the company I would say the shipping time took 29 days instead of 25 (but this was during the pandemic of 2020)
I ordered a new battery and it arrived quickly despite the covid-1984 fiasco plandemic. They are a great team and the Wowgo 3 board is excellent. 810 miles and it still works perfectly. (I got my battery wet, entirely my fault but now it works great. 17 miles if I ride slow)
