Wowgo has been on top of it's aftercare and warranty service. Had a bad motor and battery that needed replacement a few months from each other, wowgo sent a brand new motor, battery and even an esc just in case so I can ride again. Although explaining and diagnosing the issue took a while over email, I eventually received all the replacement parts. Just really unfortunate to have so many issues with a new wowgo at2. So far so good with the fixed board.
Awful company to deal, constant lies and delays, I recommend staying far away from them. Bought a wowgo3 and it stopped working within 2 1/2 months emailed the company numerous times to get resolve but they didn't want to resolve the issue.

I just wanted to leave a positive word about my customer service experience with Wowgo. I’ve had a couple of issues with my AT2 board since purchasing it but both times Wowgo Support has issued me replacement parts to get the board back up and running. The process was simple requiring provision of an explanation of the issue and, in my experience, as long as it is not damage or a fault from user error then they have honoured the warranty cover period.
I had issues with my wow go board 3, couldn't on the board so I approached the wowgo team for help. Sam in particular was a great help and I truly appreciate the time taken to help troubleshoot and resolve my board issues 😊 Now I can spend my weekend to skate with my friends and I even purchased a wowgo3x because of the trust the service them have provided me if I ever have any issues, which is highly unlikely so.

I purchased the Wowgo 2S board back in November 2019 and it's held up very well since then. I've ridden this board through heavy rain, rocky roads, and dirt paths and it's still thriving. Customer service is awesome too. I lost my remote a couple days ago, and I was able to contact a customer support representative and order one swiftly, despite the official website being currently out of stock. Hasn't arrived yet, but hopefully the delivery time will be as fast as the customer response time :) UPDATE: The remote came in 10 days, which is respectable considering it had to come from China to California :)
Wowgo is a great company, Mabye not in the past but recently they’ve been trying hard to improve they’re Customer support, and they have improved a lot, I’m very happy with the support I’ve revived and will continue to be a customer with them, thanks a lot wowgo
WOW! The Wowgo 3x is for sure the most impressive board in it's price bracket. I use it for my 6 mile commute to work, 5 days a week. That's 60+ miles a week that I put on this board. And the route I take is not a perfect road - it has some cracked asphalt, dirt sections, large uphill/downhill sections, sharp turns, speed bumps, sidewalks... this board maneuvers through all this with ease. It's currently clocked 800 miles and rides as good as ever. The board can handle dirt paths and small puddles, but do not ride it in the rain.
I purchased a WOWGO 3 a few months ago and I am very satisfied with this board. I have managed to get over 15 miles in one charge while riding very efficiently. It is also amazing for carving. It has more than enough torque and speed for me and is a great all around board, especially for the price. I did have an issue with my remote, but customer service has been very good and they are sending me a new one under warranty without any hassle.
The wowgo 3 Skateboard Is a great skateboard. I got it for Christmas. The wowgo 3 goes 24mph and has a range of 18 to 24 miles, The board has 4 different modes, 1 being the slowest and 4 being the fastest. The board is also very water resistant. And one of my favorite Parts is the deck, the deck is very Flexi and good for rough roads. It's an all-around good for the brakes are very strong and I would 10 Outta 10 recommended !
I bought the wowgo 3 in summer of 2020 after researching extensively for the best budge electric skateboard. It was recommended by dkwan a youtuber who does electric board reviews. And I am really glad I did. It has been my main mode of transportation since getting it! I use it all the time especially delivering for ubereats. In fact I have already paid off the board already with my earnings. The board carves like a dream and is the remote control is very responsive. The only negative point is the long shipping time. It took about 2 month for it to arrive in Canada. And I think that is to be expected due to the pandemic. Now I have about 1800km into the board and it has held up really well. When I had an issue with my remote controller and battery wowgo honored their warranty and sent me replacement free of charge. My next board will probably be wowgo again due to the great aftermarket service.
Bought a at2 during the black friday sale. Its winter where I live so I chose the sea shipping, which took 56 days from the time it was shipped to my door. It took wowgo 2 days to ship my board which was quicker than I was expecting. Haven't got to ride the board a whole lot yet, so I can't speak to its long term durability but as of now I'm very happy with it. The deck has just enough flex for me (I'm 200lbs) and the pneumatic tires make it quite comfortable. Smooth acceleration and breaking. So far I have no complaints with customer service. They were great with me when I would check on the status of my shipment but haven't needed anything else yet. The lady I've been talking to seems very friendly and professional so I don't anticipate any problems. Wowgo recently opened a usa repair center and if they can keep it stocked with parts for all the boards I think it would make wowgo huge. Will update this review if anything changes.
I received my wowgo last month and so far it has been the best experience for Electric skateboarding. The shipping was faster than expected The trucks are very smooth and the riding experience is better than any board. This is a good board to buy if you’re on a low budget and looking for a good quality board. I would definitely recommend getting the wowgo 3
I purchased a Wowgo 3 in March 2020 and I’ve been using it since then so this will be a review from a long term perspective. So far the board has been the best thing I’ve ever purchased. It’s so convenient and fun. I always ride it when I am at bored at home and when I go to my friends house or grocery stores. I even ride it to school and people think it’s the coolest thing ever. I can always avoid the traffic during school times and it always helps me get to school so much faster. The Paris trucks are so smooth, bearings don’t even make a sound, and the acceleration and braking on the board is not weak at all but not too strong that I will fall off the board. It has 4 speed modes in total. Mode 1, 2 , 3, and turbo. I love cruising on mode 2, it goes around 30km/h and it is a comfortable riding speed for me. Although it goes up to 39km/h but I have been over 41km/h before which is crazy fast and fun.(always wear protection gear!!). I have the long range 8ah battery and it has never died on me during rides. It has about 30km of range. Also the remote looks and is so much better than remotes from other companies out there. It has a matte black finish and has a very nice grip to it. It also has a display where I can see all my riding stats which is very useful. This has been my favourite type of transportation since I got this board and I 100% would recommend getting an electric longboard from Wowgo. They make high quality boards and they are not as expensive as other companies.

I bought a Wowgo Knight and it was amazing the riding and build quality was incredible for the price and i could argue the Wowgo Knight is the best beginner board, the customer service and care were very kind and helpful. I really recommend Wowgo
Awful, awful experience. Christmas gift for my son. Worked for 1 hour....that’s it. Contacted the company who refused refunding or exchanging the purchase 4x. Instead, thought I was a repair technician and kept sending instructions for me to repair the board, none of which worked. Finally contacted my cr card company and they performed a chargeback on the company. Should have done this chargeback from the beginning. Amazing once the charge back went through. The company out of the blue offered to repair the board. Told them to late, I purchased another board from another company. Would not recommend based on lack of product reliability and very poor customer service.
Do not buy this skate, it is a SCAM !!!! After only 2 days of use, one of the two skate motors broke, the skateboard was sent out with an improperly adjusted speed. There is no refund they do not take back the skateboard, the guarantee is useless. In addition, they remove negative reviews on their site Don't be fooled !!
I had purchased a board and never received it within the advertised time frame guarantee and was constantly being lied to I finally got my money refunded luckily which I count as the only good thing the company had to offer was not completely ripping me off but wasted months of my time and lied check and check there so anyone who is looking check out Exway for Esk8 boards I got the flex riot and though it was a little late it I'd worth the wait and the money and I have never been happier with the build quality of a product before and how fast this thing can go and speed with control as well which is just as important because at 45 km per hour you can do you another damage. Thank you Exway and Otto at exway for the best experience in my first electric skate board purchased I got lucky but I did my research this time and I found only good things written about exways products plus they are canadian.
