Got the board within a month I guess and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately it came with the rust on screws underneath the board, so I contacted the support and they told that they are gonna ship me spare screws to replace them and gave me a few tips on how to get rid of the rust and stuff. I think these guys know what good service is about. Rode the board on the first speed, the rest of them will try with a helmet on, it is sooo damn fast!)

Amazing Board & Incredible Customer Service!! After months of reading online reviews and watching youtube videos, I finally settled on the Wowgo 2S Pro. We got off to a rocky start with the delivery being delayed, due to stock issues. However I was a little to blame for missing an email that went in to my spam folder. None the less Ron (Customer Service) was on hand to help, and quickly resolved the issue. He placed the board on their truck delivery service free of charge. Ron was also kind enough to answer several presale questions, and inform me that Wowgo are planning a cloud type doughnut for the hub motor. Once the Board was delivered, I noticed a scratch on the deck. I emailed Wowgo and once again Ron replied and instantly sent over a new deck free of charge, which arrived in less than 10 days. The board itself is fantastic, and such a great ride which gives hours of fun. I highly recommend Wowgo Board and also the Wowgo 2S Pro. Through out the whole process you are left feeling at ease and and all your questions are answered. I will 100% order again and am currently waiting for the doughnut wheels to be released. @Wowgo Keep up the Incredible work, and Thank You Ron..
SUMMARY: Would do business with WOWGO again! Premium parts and hardware, great price-point, good customer service to remedy issues if there are any. After doing as much research as possible over several platforms: i.e. reddit, youtube, and various review sites, I settled on the WOWGO 3X for my first e-board. I like the torque of the belt drive, and the ability to throw on whatever wheels of your choice (depending on the core) instead of limited makes of donuts for hub driven; this also seems to bring a more comfortable and uniform ride front - rear. I liked the look of the 3X over similar belt driven boards at the price point, and the ability to have it shipped from a warehouse in the country made it more appealing than possibly waiting longer for a board that shipped from overseas. Many of the reviews recommended checking all the hardware upon receiving the board as the companies quality check isn't as up to par as the components they use. Upon inspection, most of the hardware was installed properly with some exceptions. The left rear wheel had one speed washer installed under the nut, while the right rear wheel had two speed washers; a very minor detail. I then adjusted the belt tension, and while doing so made sure to check the set screws on the motor drive gears; they didn't budge. WOWGO clearly addressed the problems encountered early in the 3X release of these coming loose and causing a loud clicking while riding. After the wheels, bearings, trucks, and bushings looked good I checked the deck. This is where my customer service experience started. Looking at the deck screws that secure the trucks to the board, two of them were overtightened to the point that the heads of the screws were half way through the board. One was on the front truck, and the other was on the rear. Being that I am 6'2" at 205lbs, and enjoy carving, I didn't feel comfortable with that stress being put on a bolt that is already half way into the material designed to reinforce the screw. When I first contacted WOWGO about the problem, they offered a gift card. I would've accepted this if it was something purely cosmetic (like the shallow thumb-size indent on the underside of the board that doesn't seem to be structural as when I tap on it it sounds solid and not hollow which would indicate a de-lamination of the layers.) I let them know that I didn't want any money, just a new deck free of damage so I could ride and enjoy their product safely. I explained the issue again and sent pictures, and eventually they agreed to send a new deck which is exactly what I wanted. The emails back and forth were quick despite the time difference. The only things that would improve this experience would be if they kept replaceable parts in their warehouses with their products. They informed me it would be an estimated 15-30 day shipping which is strange seeing how I ordered iWONDER Cloudwheels a day or two after ordering the 3X, and received them before the WOWGO despite them being shipped from overseas. WOWGO 3X was orders on September 2nd, and delivered on September 9th. Cloudwheels were ordered on September 3rd, and delivered on September September 7th. The IWonder Cloudwheels shipped from Ningbo, CN and the Wowgo 3X shipped from California. So I am not sure why the new deck needs to take 15-30 days from shipping. In the end, I was glad that they were willing to replace the deck after reading several complaints about difficulties with customer service. I would say they have definitely improved, but can still make some minor adjustments. If I wasn't a patient person, I would've given them 4 stars but since they were fast to resolve the issue, friendly ( thanks Yoki), and the damage seems to be a one off incident (I haven't read any other reviews of this happening) I will give them 5 stars.
I got my Wow go board last year and it's my favourite thing ever, so we ordered the 2s Pro for my fiancé as I've been towing her old longboard with my wowgo. Unfortunately hers was stolen in transit and DPD proved no help (It happens). However wowgo have been super helpful in dispatching a new one (by air this time) very promptly. Really put my mind at ease with a sympathetic ear. Only by type chat, however all three contacts got back to me before narrowing it down to one. Shall review again once it arrives, credit well earned.
The order arrived on time and without a problem, I was able to have my questions answered. The after-sales service is very responsive and effective.
Just got a 3X board; very impressed with the design and quality. Also having spares included in the box. I had a flashing red light and an error, customer service responded fast and had me check a few things and send them a video. Turned out to be a loose connector and I was back up and running in no time. This board is smooooth and fast! great product!
wowgo2s was my first eskateboard give me so many sweet memories and after becoming dad the 2s was sent to my friend now I miss the feeling so much during the summer sale got my first belt drive borad WOWGO 3X less than 550usd from korea just less than 10 days tax is about 100 usd still worth the money.
I bought an AT2 a few months ago and have absolutely loved it, but with even great products sometimes you run into a few problems. First my battery was faulty and would cause connection issues and when trying to replace it with a new battery I had problems with my esc. With both issues Lin and the people at wowgo have been extremely helpful and costumer service with them has been great. The only down side is that their in china so communication takes some time because of our time differences since I'm from the states. All in all they will definetly get more business from me.
WowGo is the Best! I ordered the AT2 and I love it. It's the Perfect Size for a Big Guy like me (260 lbs.) Also the Customer Service is Phenomenal! My Board was taking a long time to arrive because of Customs but their Customer Service guy Ron was so Friendly and Helpful. He tracked down my order and provided me with updates when I thought it may have been lost. Thanks Ron! I am very satisfied and this is going to be a Game Changer!

Bought a wowgo at2 back in April. Was riding it super hard for just under 700km and I’m talking using it then charging it and using it none stop . Didn’t even give the charger a rest . The charger did end up overheating and stopped charging the board . Talked to wowgo to see if they would send me a new charger under warranty. No problem waited only three weeks and board is back up and running. Would recommend this board to anyone it’s an amazing board . Can’t wait until they can make these things go for 100km to a charge . Thanks you guys your killing it !!!
Purchased AT2 with 2 in 1. The board is absolutely great! No regrets and I look forward to the experience every time I take it out. Board was delivered in a very timely manner and I received outstanding service prior and post delivery from Bella at Wowgo. I fully anticipate my next board purchase to be from Wowgo due to my experience with the AT2.
I love this board, it was easily the cheapest "known brand" board I could get in Australia (sent via air freight), and the build quality and performance feels so far beyond it's budget price. It rolls smooth and easy, is quiet, and power delivery is very refined, brakes feel top notch. I would not hesitate to buy another Wowgo board, and look forward to putting a lot of miles on my 2S Pro.

I can only comment on the postage so far!, as ive had to work for the past few days & its been torture, knowing that my AT2 is @ home unridden.😥.. So after chats with Ron on the run-up to making the purchase, i was told postage to Australia would be 14-20 days, which sounded ok, but i still took it with a pinch of salt, as ive had a few overseas purchase's in the past 12 months, & they've taken 4-6 weeks in some instances. So i bought the AT2 on the 5th, when the Anniversary discount started!, & i then i recieved a email that it was in the country on day 10, early morning day 12, i got notified it was with local couriers, 7.30am its on my doorstep.. WOW..💥
I knocked out a star for delivery because it took 2 months (Canada) and was delivered by UPS which are the worst, so not totally wowgo fault here but I would love to have other options. I went for a few rides and couldn't stop smiling while on the board! It is extremely fun (and a bit scary at times lol)! I'm on the heavy side and it feels sturdy. I was afraid the board would scream mercy when I rode it but it takes me wherever without any complaints! Haven't tested the range yet but I have to get better before I go for the long ride. Perfect midlife crisis toy!!!
Hello wowgo ! I write a review for you! Oi, I have buy first the wowgo 2s, wowgo 3 and wowgo at2 ! For me the wowgo 2s its way better of the wowgo 3, because no problem with the battery, and with the 2s I ride on the wet no problem, I try with the wowgo 3 and the battery die directly.. but just the negative point on the wowgo 2s, its for change the wheel ... 1- the wheel its out of stock everytime .. 2- For change the wheel we need to change all the motor I ride 2000km with the wowgo 2s in 1 year And for the wowgo 3 : Just the deck its better and maybe the turbo mode its fun, but the battery its too Bad . For the wowgo at2 : For me its the best board, little bit heavy but it's not a problem if you ride with them. I Can ride 30km in mode 2 on the flat road with THE ORIGINAL BATTERY, I have buy a New one and I Can ride 25km .. I don't know why (maybe you change the battery ??) The negative point for the at2 its : Its too long for change the battery : 1- Too much screw 2 - And the screw for change the ESC is not a same 3- When you ride on off road, its possible to loose a screw And I put 25/30min for change the battery. I would like to do, a france tour with my at2, so if it's possible to improv the thing for change the battery its very cool. So, thanks for your service, I very like the wowgo at2! You Can improv for the battery range ans for change the battery ! Thanks !
