I have 2 boards from this company. Wowgo 3x and AT2. I could say a lot about how amazing this company is but to make it short, I’m have been riding on my boards for more than a year without problems. I use my 3x for street rides or when I need to go to the supermarket and my AT2 when I want to get wild off road. If I have to choose I can say that Wowgo AT2 is my favorite. It’s a very reliable, strong, well made and fast board. I recommend their products 100% ❤

I wanted buy two boards fir my family to ride. I was concerned that it would take forever for the boards to be delivered. Bella was the Wowgo customer service agent that helped me. I found that I could talk to her directly in real time about 9-10pm PST. She was unbelievably helpful and answered all of my questions. She even alerted me to a sale that was happening in a couple of days that saved me quite a bit. The boards are great! I rode a V1 Boosted board a few years ago and these two 3x boards are very similar in feel with the flexible deck, but better in many ways too at a fraction of the price. US distribution center for my boards to my house in a couple of days. Doesn’t hurt that the distribution center is in LA and only an hour from my house. Excellent experience and won’t hesitate to buy from Wowgo again!

Thank you wowgo board for solve me problem. After 3months/500 km me battery was dead. Board 3X cand turn on. Wowgoboard send me new battery after i send them videos of board. Thanks from CZ, speccilaly to Lin from wowgo. Because she was very fast in answers. Solution problem from send first email to get the battery 3 weeks. I just wanted to thank you for the great experience purchasing my board. I bought the 2S Pro. This is my first electric skateboard. I have been thinking of getting one for over a year. I have been hesitant but after doing research and reading reviews I was confident enough to pull the trigger. I chose wowgo not only because of the technology and features but more for the customer service. Let me tell you, I was not disappointed. Wowgo's customer service is excellent. I was notified through email on the status of my order throughout the whole process. Wowgo provided information on the status and location of my order. I received my board yesterday in excellent condition. That is saying a lot because I live in Hawaii. My board traveled from China to Alaska, California, then to Hawaii. Normally mail is wrecked by the time it reaches us in the middle of the Pacific. The board was well packed and protected and the box was in excellent condition. I can't say enough when it comes to the service and quality of wowgo. I have heard of nightmare stories from other brands. I took my board out today for the first time and it was awesome! My goal is to work my way up to a bigger and faster board. I definitely will be getting my next board from wowgo. Sometimes it's not always about the product. The service is very important to me as I live so far from the manufacturer. Thank you wowgo for the excellent customer service and quality products. I've been referring wowgo to all of my friends and people i meet.
From my experience with them over the past few years I can tell you that Wowgo has always responded when I had a question. One of the hub motors arrived damaged and they offered to replace it and also provide a credit. The parts arrived from China to US within 2 weeks which is amazing in itself. IMO, customer service is great and they make an excellent product and that's why I will continue to buy from them for sure. I have had my 2s for over 3 years with hundreds of miles on it and no issues! I just upgraded the hub motors, front truck/wheels and ESC/remote and it's been riding perfectly! I kept my 2s deck because there was nothing wrong with it and I like the metal enclosures. I still get around 10 miles with the LG 6.4. My next board will be the AT2.
I have two wowgo 3, one has done 450km and the other over 1000km. These electric boards are just wonderful! As of last year, I had never stood on a longboard and neither my girlfriend, didn't take long before we were comfortable with riding and had great adventures on them! Now I commute to work on the board every day. Like seriously, these boards are are just amazing! Really flexy which I like, soft wheels, and I have gotten rides over the 32km range that they are rated to do so really good batteries. Not even a single hickup on the combined traveled distance of 1450km!

In the first place it is the service of company and Ron in particular. The shipping took over two month to Latvia and the tracking number showed same location for over a month and a half. I was a bit worried about that, but the assistance and prompt replies from Ron assured me that everything will be all right. And it was. The board arrived and, like Ron also promissed - I loved it. It is incredible and very good quality. I would recommend. This company cares about their customers. I appreciate it very much and am super thankful.

This company makes great electric skateboards. But more importantly they have impeccable customer service! They have gone far above and beyond for me many times. They have always been helpful, kind, patient and polite to me while working with me through many different obstacles. I have overwhelming peace of mind when I ride my wowgo 3x, knowing that the wowgo company will always help me out with any problem that I could come across. I will always recommend wowgo and I will always be a wowgo customer now. Especially after how well they took care of me and my issues.
I got an AT2 almost 6 months ago now, and have been very happy with the ride quality and stability. It's really freeing to not be tied to pavement and be able to ride almost any surface I want. It's not perfect - the grip tape is a bit misaligned (and I think they put it on flipped 180°), which doesn't affect the ride but it does bug me a little, and I had one of my tubes split almost completely in half after just a few months of fairly light riding. However, WowGo was willing to cover this under warranty. Overall, I would recommend the AT2 to someone looking for a relatively inexpensive offroad-capable board with solid specs and customer service that is willing to work with you.
Got the AT2 a few months ago and it is an amazing board. It will pretty much go over any terrain but hard packed dirt singletrack is the most fun. Very fast- like 27mph on pavement- and the brakes are bomber. My old board had a hub motor and I'll never go back. I haven't even tried the cloud wheels yet because the pneumatic wheels are just amazing at sucking up bumps. Ripped it down the beach this weekend and with a tailwind it was scary fast.
Bought the wowgo knight a few months back, very affordable board . Did alot of research before i bought my first hub board, and the Wowgo Knight surprized me. Great quality, feel its a solid built and no problems at all. Love the controller,fits great in the hand, started as a beginner and the board made it safe and easy. Fast hub motors,really deliver inn the hills of Norway . Wowgo got my blessing 🤙🤙🤙😁

I love my Wowgo Knight! I got the belt drive to have more wheel options. I love the stiff deck and maneuverability. 120 cloudwheels fit without wheel bite. The handle is convenient and overall it feels like a quality product. Standard wheels provide excellent grip. Power delivery and braking are smooth. Wish it had a bigger battery but you can upgrade.
I bought a Wowgo 3, 5 months ago. I was very happy until a month ago, the board suddenly stopped working. I was always very careful with my board, only using it in dry conditions, on excellent road... As the warranty is about 6 months, I contacted the aftersale service (the person in charge was Lin). They asked me to take videos of the board, the battery and the ESC. They quickly answered saying that the label turned pink, almost red, so that the board is not under warranty anymore. I was very surprised because I've never used it on wet condition. So I am pretty sure that the labels turn easily pink/red in normal condition so they don't have to replace the pieces for free. This is almost a scam. I am extremely disappointed, because it is clearly a default that should have been taken under warranty. They didn't even offered me a consequent discount to buy another battery. So I have to buy another battery (more than 200$, half the price of the board) after only 4 months of use. You must be ready to replace all the pieces by yourself if something happens even before 6 months. Edit 28/05/2021 : After I reviewed the company, they quickly contacted me to offered me 80% discount on the battery if I change my comment... When I said that I would change my comment, they change their mind by saying that it's finally 20% and that there was a misunderstanding. By the way, you can see new reviews after mine saying that "wowgo is honoring its warranty" or that "the customer service is amazing" or "they sent me another battery"... What a coincidence!
This board is absolutely amazing, what a great board it is! I received it a week ago and I can't stop going out for a ride at any time, in fact right now I'm writing wtiile sitting on the Wawgo AT2 taking a break from the ride in the middle of a trail in a forest, what else? Power? Really great, no hills will stop your ride. Torque? It always pushes in any condition (Turbo mode is something else!) Range? Good with AT and great with Clouds Built quality? Excellent, this board is really rugged and made to last. Big big plus for the IP55 protection a although is always better not to ride on wet conditions it's a great peace of mind in case it might happen. Wowgo support? Really helpful and responsive when looking for shipping info, I didn't need any help with the board as it's perfect already so I didn't have any issue with that but I read great reviews from other customers who needed help and I'm sure they'd help me if I need. I think that Wowgo is doing a great job and, from my experience, they deserve all the trust as of a big name on the market! Well done Wowgo!
