I hate the new update
I hate the new update. The UI is bad- everything looks worse than before. You can't click on tabs as easily because they're cut off at the top of the screen for some reason. There shouldn't be empty space - the tab should go all the way to the top of the screen so it's easier to click. I hate seeing the AI writer pop up all the time. I do not want to use AI writers. While writing, WPS takes far too long to underline spelling errors, whereas before it was instantaneous. I have since changed writing software because of the 8/4/2023 WPS update. Please change it back or enable us to use the old version. Thank you for sending a survey.

Very good for Windows, terrible for Linux
The Windows version works stable, and has good functionalities and very high format compatibility with MS Office. They even offer a small free cloud space which is very useful. The version for Linux is terrible, it freezes again and again, the work done is lost, totally unstable. The company reports that the Linux version is not its priority, so it is delivered "as is." This approach does not seem serious to me, they should not offer anything for Linux, because entire hours of work could be lost.

Good free program
I appreciate the free version I'm able to use, and my problems with it may just be that I don't know how to reset things in WPS, but I am in the U.S. and would like to set the paper size to 8 1/2 X 11 rather than A4. Also, now that it is AI assisted, I find it frustrating as I don't know how to get rid of

Almost perfect compatibility with MS Office
I have used it now for 6 months, after I lost my MS Office license, and have had only very few compatibility issues. Plotting in Sheets and pasting images in Slides are a little irritating, but there are easy workarounds. I can fully recommend WPS office, especially if you are working with and sharing files with MS Office users.

I have had problems to keep my WPS Office files in drop.box because the file clears its name when I get into Drop.boxs. screen.It may be a Microsoft problem.
