Today, I received incredibly high-quality service from a staff member named Ilia. My website had a lot of malware, along with multiple plugin conflicts and various other issues. Over the course of more than two hours, Ilia resolved every single problem and kindly answered all my questions without a hint of frustration. I’m truly impressed by the top-tier support at WPX and highly recommend it to any website owner who finds WordPress challenging. It’s only been my first month back in web business with WPX, but knowing there’s solid support ready to help if anything goes wrong gives me real peace of mind.

Liars, scammers, RUN don't walk from this company. My pages for my company's websites loaded slowly. The email setup was bizarre. I got into a dispute with Stefan about my services, and instead of helping me fix my problem, he lost his temper and shut off my websites before I could back them up! One of the most unprofessional people I have met in a long time. I told his staff I needed a backup, and they said Stefan had left for the day, intentionally leaving me in the dark with websites and emails. WOW. If Stephan said this didn't happen, I have the emails, screenshots to prove he is a liar. RUN, DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY Just remember, at WPX, THE CUSTOMER IS NEVER RIGHT.
Hi Mark, We’d like to clarify the situation for the benefit of others reading this review. Your service with WPX was terminated due to repeated and severe breaches of our Terms of Service, specifically regarding abusive behavior towards our staff. Before taking this step, we reached out and asked you to maintain a respectful and civil tone, making it clear that we were happy to assist with your issues. When the abusive language and threats continued, we issued a full refund of your most recent invoice, even though there were only 5 days remaining on your current plan, and informed you that your websites would need to be migrated away within 24 hours. Despite the 24-hour deadline (set for the 24th of this month), we extended access for an additional 3 days, until the 28th, to give you more time to move all your websites and mailboxes. During that time, we provided you with full backups of your websites and mailboxes. Unfortunately, the abusive behavior did not stop during this period. You referred to our team with derogatory terms, including “clown,” “baby who sleeps with warm milk,” and “piece of trash,” among others. You also demanded the personal addresses of staff members, which we cannot and will not provide under any circumstances. We stand by our team and our values. We are committed to transparency and are happy to provide screenshots of all communications via chat and email, should anyone wish to review the facts for themselves.

The WPX team is about as good as it gets. They go so far above and beyond with the level of service they provide, it's a real eye opener when compared with other vendors (in any industry). We've been customers for about a year so far and can't imagine making a change. It's like having an IT consultant on call at anytime. Why switch? Support. Suppport. Support. What more can I say? WPX's support is insanely good. They WANT to help. I've been frustrated over the years with web hosts that started off good and then just fell apart because support was lacking. I hate asked for support and a) not getting much, b) being told it's not their problem, and/or c) being made to feel dumb. WPX goes WAY beyond and is literally happy to help. They do it with a smile, offer solid advice and insight, and have a genuine interest about helping me understand what the problem is (when often, it's over my head). I've been with them about a year and a half and I have plans to move other sites over to them. And guess what? They'll help me and do it with a smile! (Shoutout to Velislav who helped me out this morning. Totally over my head kind of problem - fixed in seconds, nice chat about it, and just got things done.)
