Quality of the hat is not good
This is the cheapest hat I've ever bought for $29.99 it came from China, I bought a hat in San Francisco on Pier 39 for $1.99 that is 10 times better than this one. First of all it came in a 7"x7" Plastic bag I opened it up it was flat as a pancake with a decal on the crown of the hat that said Classic 1956 Limited Edition real cheap looking I tried to puff it up so the crown of the hat would stay up it would not. When I put it on my put it on my head it was flat look very funny totally does not look like the pictures on their website. I tried to get a full refund from them they would not work with me after three emails 2 days apart and now its been 4 days no response. There Return/ Refund Policy says Our goal is to keep customers coming back, not products. We believe a replacement or refund can best resolve any issue you may have, so there's no need to physically return the item to us. Will with my experience did not resolve my issue with a refund.

I ordered the floor rug that says Grandchildren Spoiled Here. What l received was more the size of a table runner! The add made it look like a hall runner and stupidly l didn’t check the measurements. Whilst the print is good, it turned out to be a very expensive mat for the table. I wouldn’t buy from here again.

Scammers. I spent £25 on a coin that would last my son for life. It’s not engraved and is a sticker on a coin , it looks terrible. Wish I had read the reviews before hand.

1 arrived well what can I say not fit for purpose nothing like what they advertise cheap tack printedpaper stuck onto a silver disk could not even read the writting e-mailed to request a refund no response
well the other coin did not even turn up....

Received 2 caps today… really disappointed with the poor quality of the material and application of the logo… certainly not worth the price… Facebook marketing give the impression of a far better quality product… packaging is in a polyurethane dog poo bag and not the nice box shown in the advertisement… wouldn’t have bought if I’d seen the product for real before buying… this is a Facebook scam… don’t believe the reviews on their website as they’re only showing the positive ones, anything negative gets blanked out or removed.
It’s a shame because the concept is great, if this was a quality product then I would have ordered more for Christmas presents.
There also doesn’t appear be an option to return the goods to get a refund…

I ordered two father and son coins when they arrived they wasn’t engraved like the photo shows but they ware a cheap looking and 3-D printed , and not even a good quality. They Wouldn’t refund me very unhelpful. I will never use this people again.

I made a custom order and it was wrong because I ordered the wrong size and ordered the wrong year because I was just out of surgery .I contacted them and they immediately got back to me and sent the correct item at no additional cost to me. Excellent customer service. I would recommend them to everyone!

Please don’t bother, when the order finally arrived it was so badly put together you couldn’t actually read the writing when it was up. The response was that thats normal and it is wonky!!! Very poor product
