I ordered one shirt for Mothers day on May . It was late arriving on May 12 and the they got the date wrong on the shirt. When I try to contact them I can not get intouch with them. Feeling like I got ripped off. Found the support email and that still has not produced any refund or remake. No answer.

It was late, the fabric is cheap, they don't offer any resolution and they don't communicate well. I just paid $38 bucks for a rag.

If I could give no stars I would. You order a coin which you expect to be embossed with what you requested, what you receive is a random coin with a sticker on it. Please do not waste your time on this company and their product. You speak to CS, they never respond and then send an automated email saying it’s been 48 hours since a reply and they will be closing the ticket. Just cowboy all around.

Bought the coin ‘to my son’ £23. What an absolute rip off. May as well put a sticker over a 2 pence piece, the quality is that poor. Yes I’ve fallen for the usual Chinese scam. Avoid this company at all costs. It takes a long time to get the product out of China, Ten email updates to pacify you, then it’s arrives and my god is it an embarrassing let down. Scam, scam, scam.

The personalized coin I received is of extremally poor quality. When ordered, the image looked engraved, however, the coin is not engraved, and they just slap on it a very cheap low quality sticker on it, which is off center, and also my son's name is barely seen with letters overlapping. I would be embarrassed to give my son such a gift.... The entire product is garbage !!!! Beyond disappointed !!!!
I absolutely love my order. Was delivered before the actual delivery date. Only issue is I had no notification that it was shipping. Opened my front door and there it was. But still very pleased.
This item is much smaller than what the picture shows. It was a gift for my daughter and it was a little bigger than the size of a small rubics cube. For the price and shipping, I am extremely disappointed.

Shipping company wouldn't deliver to my area. Wrappiness asked me to replace the order and they would attempt to try again. Second time the shipping company failed to deliver it as well. Poor communication, unreasonable wait times.

Ordered two flower pots for Mother's Day, didn't get them in time. When I did get them they didn't come with the flowers in the pot and the pot is hard as a rock inside and no way to add the flowers.

Made the order and also ordered the supposedly glass gift box. Order came in, took too long because it came from China. Had I known that I wouldnt have ordered. Anyway, the order is wayyy small. Maybe an 1" 1/2 tall. And glass gift box that I paid xtra for is just a CARDBOARD BOX! Dont fall for it like we did!

Delivery time kept getting extended and eventually said the product had been delivered but nothing has turned up. I have emailed the company but the only reply I got was from Gmail saying they hadn’t been able to deliver the email. I’d suggest you don’t waste your money as no delivery company specified and the email I got saying the product had been delivered also said that many companies say it’s delivered up to two days earlier than actually delivering the product. I order a lot online as I live in a remote area but have never had this before!

Absolute con and false advertising. Ordered a to my son coin. The quality is so bad compared to the ad. It's simply a metal disc with a sticker rather than an engraved item. The writing is miniscule and you need a camera phone to read it. Also the shading covers the signature so it's not a personalised gift. It prob cont them 1§ to produce.... . Stay well clear.

Ordered 4 pocket hugs for my 2 children (2 from dad and 2 from mum). Ordered from website was fairly straightforward. I made an error in the colour of one of the pouches so I filled out their online form to get it corrected which they did. I received the order around 2 weeks after ordering. Upon inspecting the pocket hugs I noticed one had a mistake. On one side I had chosen mum and son but on the other side they did not make the change to ‘from mum’ and it was showing ‘from dad’. I filled out the online form again but after 4 days I still haven’t heard back from them. It’s a real shame as they look nice and would have been a nice gift for our kids but not sure I am going to give it to them now due to the error. I wonder if they will see this and reach out to me.
