I ordered 2 tee shirts with slogans at the neckline. The print was so small I needed glasses to read it. In the advert it shows that you can see slogan in The neckline but you have to open the top to see it. The quality of the material is good. Not delivered in presentation boxes as shown on the site. I planned on buying these for every occasion but won’t be doing that now. Disappointed.

I received a blank coin with stickers stuck on both sides. It's very poor quality, a rip off! Thinking of it, it's like shopping trolley tokens with stickers on them. I wish I had given the payment to a charity instead.

Just awful!!
Waited over two weeks and paid £20 to receive the tackiest little thing I’ve ever seen. The gold coin I ordered was in fact silver with a cheap sticker printed on it. The writing is covered in shadow so you can’t read all of it. The felt case arrived damaged- frayed and misshapen. Do not fall for this scam like I did!

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. 39 days we've been waiting for our order to arrive, nearly 6 weeks. No communication other than "your order is delayed 4 weeks in. Then the tracking says 'Delivery attempted but failed' unfortunately my RING Video cam says no such delivery was attempted at all. No one is answering my emails now either. Sham company, don't waste your money. EDIT: So now they tell me to reach out via email so they can help me. They have ignored the last 5 emails I've sent them. We are now on 6 weeks no order, no delivery, no communication. I want a refund.....

The product is just ok quality. I would probably be happy to pay Australian dollars $30 for it. I understand it’s a personalised product. But I paid almost $60. It took nearly two weeks to arrive. The box which I had to paid was nothing fancy but broken. It’s so disappointing

Ordered a mother’s day t shirt online…u
Ordered a mother’s day t shirt online from Wrappiness. ( first time). Starts out the t shirt is 31.00 after taxes and shipping it’s up to 40.00. I could have ordered from this company on Amazon and paid no freight.
After I ordered the t shirt I was notified by my credit card company that I might have been double charged. I tried calling no luck then sent an email. This was done within a day of ordering. I was notified that you only have six hrs to respond to change an order. Never heard of the this short of time before.
I now have 2 mom shirts with the same dates on them. Instead of 31.00 it is now 80.00. Both packages said Amazon shipping.
After several emails back and forth they said they would refund 17.00.
I wanted to send the second t shirt back for a full refund. Don’t need 2 identical t shirts.
If the C.Card company caught it right away then couldn’t Wrappiness catch the double order. I had to leave my phone, email, address. So they could’ve contacted me about a double order which I knew nothing about.

Terrible Customer Service & Unreasonable Refund Policy
I have never dealt with a more frustrating company in my life. Their customer service is absolutely terrible — unhelpful, dismissive, and clearly trained to say no to everything.
To make matters worse they have a ridiculous 3 hour cancellation window that they hide in the fine print. 3 hours. Not 24 hours like every other legitimate business — 3 hours. And when I reached out to resolve the issue their customer service team couldn't care less.
I was a paying customer who deserved basic respect and a fair refund policy. Instead I got the runaround and zero accountability.
Save yourself the headache and take your money somewhere that actually values their customers. This company clearly does not.
I will be disputing this charge and reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. Do yourself a favor and read the reviews before you buy — wish I had. 🚩🚩🚩

The quality of the product is terrible but what's worse is the post sales customer service. After reporting an issue with the product upon receipt and supplying the photographic evidence requested, I am yet to receive an acknowledgement or refund - it has now been 9 days since my original contact and now my messages are being ignored!! **SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!**

Hug coin , embarrassing
Yeah another one who got duped by this scam, customer services pointing to the word "Printed" and not "Engraved" when all the images shown give the appearance of an engraved hug coin. I got mine today and i laughed at the absurdity of sticking a badly printed label onto 30 pence of cheap metal coinage. I had to laugh at how bad it was, how this company continues to trade in the UK is laughable. Will report to the usual places but the best i will get is the laugh at seeing that awful attempt at home printing, IT REALLY IS THAT BAD. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely disappointed. They sent me this flower garden with really delicate flowers and leaves that I HAD TO PUT TOGETHER. When I ordered it, there was nothing at all that said I would have to put this delicate item together myself. When I contacted the company, they sent me instructions and said to be really careful not to break the glass. Definitely false advertising. And they gave me a 30% refund. I don’t agree. The false advertising continues because once you keep adding customizable things, it adds up. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Replaced item broken in transit.
Ordered coffee mug for my daughter’s Mother’s Day. It arrived in time however the handle had broke in 2 places (assuming in transit). Although the company resisted a little, they ultimately replaced the item. Since it went through the USPS (not the most careful in transporting fragile items), the packaging could have been a little better. My view, not too hard to brake the handle if dropped or tossed carelessly. Ultimately, Wrappiness came through and will use again.

Stickers on cheap metal coins aka Pocket Hugs
I purchased two of their coins (Pocket Hugs) for my sons which cost me £40 after their welcome discount. I thought it would be worth it as they look good quality on their website and on their many social media adverts. I should have read the Trust Pilot reviews first as when they arrived I was genuinely shocked to see that they were probably made for a tenth of what I paid for them. If not less. Barely readable poor quality stickers not even placed straight onto a cheap little plain metal coin. I’ve asked for a full refund from them only to be offered a 30% refund from someone in their customer services called Neuman. I asked again for a full refund and am now getting no replies. They were made in china and transported via USA according to the tracking info I got twice daily. They also took weeks to arrive. As I didn’t pay via PayPal of with my credit card (I used Apple Pay) then I have no chance of getting my money back. They will literally go in the bin as I wouldn’t give them to anyone and that is no exaggeration. Be warned people, do not buy from these scammers. I only wish I could share the disgraceful pictures to show how bad the quality is of their “Pocket Hugs”.

No les compres. Es una estafa. No he recibido mi pedido. Envían correos con enlaces para rastrearlo, pero es todo falso. Decía que se había entregado, pero nunca recibí nada. Pregunté por la empresa de envíos que usan en España, pero no me han respondido. Es un timo total. Te cobran el producto, te cobran el envío y no envían nada, se quedan con el dinero y tú, como comprador, no puedes hacer nada al respecto. Son unos sinvergüenzas.
Si ,me han hecho un reembolso pero tienen que entender que no siempre se trata del dinero. Hay momentos cuando el dinero no importa o no arregla nada. Yo el pedido lo hice un mes antes para una fecha concreta y pocos dias antes de esta fecha me encontre en la situación de tener que buscar otra cosa y que la nueva compra no me llego a tiempo. Entendéis que hay cosas mas importantes que el dinero...vosotros teneis un negocio para ganar dinero y no os intereses nada mas pero a nosotros si y por desgracia estamos completamente desprotegidos. Asi que ,espero que cada vez menos gente compre para que aprendais que el beneficio tiene que ser por ambas partes....
Don't buy from them. It's a scam. I haven't received my order. They send emails with links to track your order, but it's all fake. It said it was delivered, but I never received anything. I asked about the shipping company they use in Spain, but they haven't responded. It's a complete rip-off. They charge you for the product, they charge you for shipping, and they don't send anything, keeping the money, and you, as the buyer, can't do anything about it. They're completely unscrupulous.
Yes, I received a refund, but you have to understand that it's not always about the money. There are times when money doesn't matter or doesn't solve anything. I placed the order a month in advance for a specific date, and just a few days before that date, I found myself having to find something else, and the new purchase didn't arrive on time. You understand that there are more important things than money... you have a business to make money and nothing else matters to you, but we do, and unfortunately, we are completely unprotected. So, I hope fewer and fewer people buy from you so you learn that the benefit has to be for both parties.
