Wish I read the reviews first
Wish I read the reviews first. Trying to place an order was difficult. Kept promoting Euros instead of dollars. Tracking the shipment also difficult. Item did not look like the preview at all. The names were clearly written and they used the whole space of vase. What I got was small lettering and at least 1/3 of vase was empty with no decor. Not worth the money

Very disappointed—cheap quality and poor service
DO NOT BUY THIS. It is extremely cheap quality; instead of being engraved, it’s just a metal coin with a sticker printed on it. I ordered this as a meaningful gift for my son’s birthday, and it was a huge letdown that honestly ruined the surprise for our celebration.
Don’t expect any help from their customer service, either. They only provide a form to fill out, and they never get back to you. Save your money and go somewhere else to find a quality gift for your loved ones.

I ordered two gifts for Mother’s Day
I ordered two gifts for Mother’s Day. One was delivered May 4th and not the other. I’ve been trying to contact them by sending several emails but they have not responded. When I track my package, it says my order was delivered. Only one was delivered, I want to know if I’m going to receive the other one before Mothers Day. They are specifically made with both my daughter’s name. If I don’t get it before Mothers Day, I will pursue getting a refund and not order again. I’m so upset!

Keeps delaying shipment date. Why even state a estimated delivery date when every second day you delay it by a other few days?

I ordered a best friend, round, silver coin in a key ring pouch. It appeared so much better online than it really is. The print is so small, it’s difficult to read. I had to use a magnifying glass to read it. The sentences are run together, there is a capital letter missing and a period missing. So disappointed!

I just ordered 2 personalized gifts for Mothers day and received a notification from my bank that my credit card was charged 3 times for 1 purchases. I tried reaching out to the company and only received an automated response. I disputed the charges with my bank and filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau to report them for credit card fraud. Be careful and this is a hard lesson learned.

Tricked by Wrappings Gifts
Great online ad for a product for my wife. Did the order but found out I did two orders vs one given the slick wording of the advertisement. Wrappiness made good on the one order but I believe they still charged me for two items. I ordered an enhanced gift box for $4.99.
Two times a day at least Wrappings gave me an update of the status of delivery...always in transit. And took at least 3 weeks to get here -- Amazon would have had it delivered the next day if not the same day. I hit unsubscribe at least a dozen times to no avail -- still received the notices. But finally got the product and the gift box. The gift box is a small black cardboard box. Worth at least $.04. This was no gift box. And there is no number to call Wrappiness. So had to do email but doubtful I will ever hear from anyone.
So, if you fall for the marketing, watch how you order or they will trick you. And for goodness sake, don't upgrade on anything, like a gift box, as you will not be happy.

I purchased an item from wrappiness. The messages i recieved following my purchase showed me where the item had been sent to and its current location. After 10 weeks it said that my item had been delivered. I went to see where it was delivered to as i never recieved anything. The item never left china, i live in australia. Then i sent a message asking about the item or a refund. They blocked my emails !! Never replied or offered any reason. Just blocked me. Do yourself a favour these guys are thieves !! Dont deal with them. Save your money, or they will take it !!!

Will buy again from this shop
Product itself is great. Customisation came put perfect and just as I ordered. Since I ordered glass mug, I was afraid in what condition the package will arrive however it is shipped fully protected. Tracking of the package was extremely easy and I even received email notifications for every shipping status change. Definitely recommend.
