Excellent service. I had made a mistake regarding the size based on previous orders from other shops. It turns out the sizes here at Wrenoin match our standard European sizes. I was offered the choice of returning the item or receiving a one-time additional discount on a new purchase. I opted for the latter. So, if I ever put on a little weight, I’ll already have a few timeless shirts in my wardrobe! ;-)

This is a fake company that uses a horrible synthetic material and then imprints a terrible photo of the real thing onto the material. It's absolutely disgusting and they should be sued for false advertising. The result is so ugly that it's hard to believe. These criminals clearly have no conscience.

As with many reviews given mine is just a repeat. I ordered a raised lace dress white the photo looked amazing but I got sent a flat patterned green rag they called a dress I wouldn’t even pass this dress on to a charity it’s disgusting what a con been in touch they offered me 10% I did not accept then they offered 30% only to be used on the Wrenoin website. Why would I want to buy more rag with 3 quid off. What a scam waste of time
The item was no way the same as the website. NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER use these cowboys. they are just out to delay and rip you off. They will delay and delay and delay. they will not get back when contacted. If this is how they operate, I suggest EVERYONE USES SOMEONE ELSE.

how upset I was when I opened my package and there was a poor quality t-shirt with a printed pattern not the lace and roses that I was expecting. The items that you see on there website are NOT what you will receive. In a word this company are RUBBISH!!!!!!
Nothing made my experience even okay, never mind great. I ordered two blouses. One was for the 4th of July party I was giving. It was obviously a semiquincentennial blouse. I ordered it on June 25, nine days before my party. When I didn't get it after the three days passed (they said it would be delivered in three days), I started emailing them every two days. They kept saying it would be there in a few days. Well, neither came and today is July 8. I have asked for a refund for the semiquincentennial blouse but have not received it. I can't believe those people asked me to write a review. Big mistake.
Would give zero stars if possible. I ordered a top which looked beautiful on the website. What arrived was absolutely vile, nothing good about it and nothing at all like the photo. Cheap and nasty and the wrong size. Wrenoin are now ignoring me after making it very difficult to return the item (wanted me to pay postage to China) or get a refund (discount offered on future purchases!). Item is going in the bin, I'm just glad I only ordered one top and I hope others read the reviews before purchasing, I wish I had spent my money elsewhere.
I ordered £60 worth of ladies clothing from this website almost three weeks ago i have received nothing no communication if i do not receive anything within the next seven days i will start the process of claiming my money back fortunately i used my credit card and also went through PayPal as i am now reading the reviews on here and am not opptomistic that this will end well buyer beware
