Wrenoin feels like a scam. The items I received were not as advertised. I asked for a full refund and prepaid return shipping and received neither. After repeatedly offering partial refunds and coupons, the company simply stopped communicating. In my experience, this is a misleading and unacceptable way to do business. I would strongly recommend avoiding Wrenoin.
No Return Policy for an Online Clothes Merchant?
Stupid me, I made an impulse buy before researching Wrenion. The photos made it look like patterns were embroidered but they were just prints. Very deceiving. I bought two shirts of the same size but one was substantially smaller than the other, so much so that I couldn't even try it on. If you order from Wrenion, you better hope it fits because in my opinion, I wouldn't say they have a poor return policy, they HAVE NO return policy. I emailed them and they said they would get back to me which they didn't. So I followed up and they said I should just keep the shirt that didn't fit because it would take at least one month to send it back to China and I would have to pay the shipping cost.

The process for my purchase was straightforward and followed most from the industry. The selection of merchandise is unique and, while mostly outside my taste, had a couple things with color but were a bit conservative..This is difficult to find. I only gave it 1 star because I couldn't give it 0. There is no way these shirts were ever hand made in a small town in America like their story says. I don't know what this fabric is that they are made of. They don't look like what is advertised and there isn't even a tag inside saying what they are made of and how to launder them. I ordered a Halloween custom in October of 2025. I paid an extra $20.00 for 3-day guaranteed shipment and received my custom 3 weeks later. Well into November. I have requested my $20.00 refund through email but it has not happened. I don’t have a phone number to talk with anyone. I still want my $20.00. Not to mention that I figured I would wear my custom in 2026 but the custom itself was a huge disappointment. It’s nothing like the picture. The material is something like a child would wear back in the 70’s. Any phone number to their company would be appreciated. Thank you Lisa

They make it almost impossible to return for a refund, very unclear instructions with many conditions with a final proviso that if they think the return is not as sent they will not refund. IT IS A TOTAL SCAM AND THE ITEMS WERE NOT AS ADVERTISED.
