Totally disappointed
Totally disappointed. I ordered for my sons 21st birthday 5 days prior to the date. I got the email saying it would be delivered on my specified date and low and behold it is not being delivered today as promised. So now no cake for my son while he is at college.

Just in Time, and Delicious!
1-800-Bakery has just earned another satisfied customer. This A+ BBB rated company delivered a clutch performance. I had a company-wide event to push a safety initiative and we wanted to go outside the norm and add cookies for each attendee. We had a tight deadline, but after researching other companies, and seeing their product samples showcasing well-known companies, we placed an order for 300 individually wrapped butter shortbread cookies with a custom logo - and they delivered with hours to spare. Next year, we will plan further in advance so not to place undue pressure – even though they’ve proven they can work well under the confines of a tight deadline.
