I would never buy or recommend buying on Istdibs because i got sold counterfiet chanel bag. I trusted company never doubted till now. When i tried to sell it it has been 3 different authenticator who told me its fake. I reported it. Rather than getting concerned they asked to understand their reporting policy time frame.

Like others, I received an item, via a 3rd party, that was damaged impacting the item value and 1st Dibs refused to accept responsibility. I was also told to refer to the original listing, even though this had been conveniently deleted. I would not buy from this untrustworthy company again Order #174696352

The site is a complete scam and they know it. Read the fine print carefully. They represent offshore sellers that will not take returns and send fake items. You get jammed with import fees they did not disclose. You get a stuck with fake item. I hope someone sues them soon and the site gets taken down

Negative review Very poor experience with 1stDibs. I placed an order for a pair of earrings that remained “pending review” by the platform, and during that time the item was sold on another marketplace. Due to 1stDibs’ lack of proper management and follow-up, the seller had to cancel the transaction. A platform of this level should ensure that items are not lost because of internal delays. Very disappointing.
