I had a past order. after seeing the piece and showing it to a local jeweler I wished to return it, and I was within the return policy. The seller resisted and you enforced the policy. I feel secure despite the online uncertainty with buying anything, but especially jewelry, there will be fairness and someone also has my interests.

Look at my account on 1st dibs
Look at my account on 1st dibs. I bought 7 carat earrings. Atlantic Diamond Company sent 5 carat ( I had The Jeweler's look at them and they say just a bit over 4 carats) trying to pull them off as 7carat. Now I agreed in e mail to accept 5 carat earrings for $1200 even. These are not 5 carats and also $2,926.13 - 1,625.63 refund = 1,300.50. So I am a carat short and $100 short. What kind of a rip off is this??? I am posting this everywhere.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Basicly got robbed by them. Purchased 7 carat diamond hoops from Atlantic Diamond Company. Earrings arrived after about 3 weeks. There was no certificate of authentication .I contacted 1st dibs that I didn’t think they were 7 carat but more like 5 carats. They weren’t to concern. I went to a jewerly store and they said they are closer to 4 carat. Wow. From 7 to 4 carat. What a rip off. Don’t trust 1st dibs and don’t trust Atlantic Diamond Company at all. They still didn’t send the right earring or a certificate. Also diamonds are completely lifeless. No color no clarity. They’re like a regular glass compared to crystal.
Great selection, wide variety of prices, an option to bid on a lower price.
