SO SLOW

Longest most frustrating experience of my life. It's been 12 hours, still not done, avoid this site if you can.

First of all, they are not honest for deliver the order it should be 12-48 hours, but in my order took from 12 noon on 17/9 till 6 am on 21/9 so almost 4 days and still need 7k from them... 2. their online support are trash and not professional at all (its look like an answer machine) most of the time they cant give you a direct answer and they didnt answer you either. for me this is my first and LAST order form them

Bought 16k credits R6S. Good site , not so fast maybe because of a lot of orders . I received my order in more than 1 day and half . Not scammers . One thing why i not press 5 stars it is only because of live chat . It is really horibble .If you want to ask something write a letter the by mail. It was really fast reply , very communicative person helped me . In live chat I was in queue 6 hours,CAAAARL !!!!.And when my turn to talk with manager came i was pretty sure that it a bot . against the odds thank you guys !I bought lovely elite skin on caveira and zofia!!!Good Luck

5mmo is a scam. I sold them ingame gold and after exchange they stopped to answer, removing me from their contact list in the messenger

No Lol Skins

I didn't think I would receive the LoL skin I bought. As assumed I didn't get the skin or a refund. the skin was pretty cheep so I was willing to take the risk. they dont send lol skins to good to be true

Horrendous and useless "customer support"

Horrendous. I ordered a bunch of VC for NBA 2K21, and they have yet to be added to my account. I checked the status of the order this morning and it had been changed from "processing" to "problem". What does problem mean? I tried contacting the support team. I queued up at 12:13 AM and I AM STILL WAITING at 4:52 PM. I have been number 1 in the queue for over an hour and nothing has happened yet. So instead I contact support via E-mail. I write a decently detailed description of my issue and they have not responded either. Their website states "24-hour online email box", but that has proven not to be the case. I am thoroughly dissapointed with this service, and I am never going to buy from them again. Other people thought their site looked sketchy, but upon purchase it was without problems. That is not my experience. I will continue to contact support to try to get a refund. Wish me luck. -A disappointed "customer"

a bunch of thieves they never gave me the units I bought 3100 units for mcoc 55$ and after 5 days they started to ignore me they dont answer anymore They were telling me day by day to wait cous its being processed untll they totaly ignored me Don't trust them and never buy from them you will just waste ur money

5mmo is a scam, last month I bought a mobile game coin and never received anything. First I got in contact via chat because my order was taking too long to be delivered and they always said they would deliver as fast as possible, which never happened. So I asked for a refund on 06/17/2020 and until the present day 07/10/2020 I haven't received a penny back. I hope you never buy from them. For proof contact me by email unfortunately I do not have records of chats by the support of the site where I asked for the order to be delivered for about a month only the order itself.

Absolutely fraud

Absolutely fraud. They did sent me coins after 4 days to a different game version not the one i ordered. Anyway i've tried this different version because i used to play it also so not a big deal. Guess what I was unable to login ingame anymore i think they banned my account instantly because something is fishy going on here so i was unable to use them anyway. They should be shut down instantly. I'll try to get money back. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM them absolutely scam and fraudulent service. Pathetic how things like that exist. Cheap person pays twice i guess.

Oh boy where do I start?I bought some r6 credits from this site despite my friend telling me not to.I went to check the reviews and saw that it was rated poor.I kept bugginf the staff and when I threatened with a refund they completed my order.Someone from japan logged on and bought 16000 r6 credits.The reason why I am giving it 3 stars is because it took a while and my account got suspended for 7 days,but I kept the credits.

Horrendous experience

Horrendous experience. My son 1700 robucks were never sent. They just say be patient, I waited 3 days and now they won’t speak to me and my order has been marked as not a valid order number now. They will not refund and it’s totally ridiculous that my son is expected to stay logged out for this amount of time. He’s losing it and so am I !

Problems at start,good when its all working

Basically I bought a robux sale deal last easter,experience was horrible because it took 4 days to deliver.But now I ask the support if the robux is in stock,etc and when it is I usually get my stuff within a day.I suggest this website for robux,anything else I am not sure about. This is the worst experience i had from a site like this.I bought 400 roux on three accounts adn the delivery time was 1-3 days.The live chat is trash .i contacted via email and didnt get a reply.If i dont get my product tommorw (which is the third day) i will have no choice but to act accordingly

Bad costumer service.I got my game

Bad costumer service, usually takes between 24 to 48h to receive the item. When contact via email or chat, the 5mmo staff seems to be very rude and not helpfull. Althogt I got my product without any problem, the expirence buying it was horrible. Be aware that you will need to desactivate the 2 step verification for them to access your account if you are purchasing a game item to your account.
