Charged me for transaction but would'nt send item. person i spoke with was very rude and unwilling to help ,Im in the process of trying to get my money back as they refuse to refund ...DO NOT USE THEM , WAY BETTER OPTIONS OUT THERE.

I bought something and didn't recieve an email or something. After I read the negative reviews I thought I got scammed and just let it go. A couple days later I recieved my order. This guy is not a professional seller but I can assure you he is certaintly not a scammer.

I had bought 15K robux from 5mmo and I still got nothing! I also regret placing that order since it’s against the roblox terms of service and I’m afraid of being banned, I kindly asked them to cancel the order and give me a refund but they just won’t refund me! Also on the email I was told that the refund policy is that only after a month of not receiving the goods I would get the refund while on their website it says otherwise, do not buy from them! Also the customer service is horrible as well, aside from the terrible grammar that the customer service has they are just full of crap

So basically I wanted to buy my brother some coins as a present. So I spent 25 dollars for 300k Madden coins. The wait time was promised 10 - 50 mins and I even confirmed with live chat before purchasing. Now here I am, 3 days later. Must've contacted live chat 15 times and all they said is "your order is being process, if any problem, we will contact you soon. when the order is done , we will send email to you" or "Sorry about that, there are too many pending orders not delivered,and the supplier don't have enough hands to do it,but we'll urge our suppliers to be quick" or "The rule by our corporation we can only refund to orders that not have been delivered for one month. I am very sorry sir, today there is really nothing I can do." This website is terrible, never purchase from here it is a scam. I have to wait 1 month to get a refund now that I probably won't even get. They say give the supplier time, I've waited 3 whole days when live chat said it was going to be 10 - 50 mins.

These ppl are so disrespectful

These ppl are so disrespectful. Likewise, it's been days since my purchase and I've yet to receive anything but "please be patient". I've been asking for a refund for hours now at which point there has been no response. I suggest reporting these ppl to the BBB or something of the sort and have their site removed from search engines. Or make youtube videos giving your review of its site and practice. Wish I could just march into whatever business office they have and spit in someone's face.

THIEVES and Dishonest

Bottom line they took my money but never delivered the gold. Been chatting with them over the Live Chat hotline and there refusing to to anything and saying that they made the delivery. These people are Thieves. I believe that the very few reviews that are positive are manufactured by someone at the company. Guess it was my fault for not reviewing these reviews before making the purchase. We need to do something about this company. Wish there was a review that would go in to Negative Stars.
