Im looking into legal actain against this company, Hefui ShunHuo Commerce and Trade Co. Anyone who's had the displeasure of attempting to deal with them Im sure would agree that they are a complete scam. Blatant, numerous false advertisements throughout their website 5mmo.com. Now that the 1 month period has passed since i placed my orders and they can no longer use the "company policy" excuse to refuse issuing a refund they have switched to completely ignoring my messages in the 24/7 live customer support chat the second that i mention the word refund. And then after a few minutes of no response they close the chat and remove the chat function from their website for an hour or two. This is not an exageration, they've done this 3 days in a row. Each time after im ignored and they close the chat i try to re open it and the hyperlink no longer exists, its just an empty link. Check the next day and its back....If i can gather enough support from other customers (victims), i would very much like to look at legal action. If anyone has been treated as poorly and is interested in legal action as well, id love to hear from you. Ill be checking this site regularly. I want justice. These scammers get away with this sort of behaviour every day, costing hard working consumers. And this company is the worst of the worst. Enough is enough.
Support is the worst, I have been trying to trace down my order to get an estimated delivery time, but always got told It was being processed even after 5hrs I did not speak to one person every response was from an automated robot. do not recommend anybody buying from them. Absolutely terrible. I've never seen so much false advertising in my life. I'd really like to look into legal action, it's been that bad. The service, treatment, lies, stall tactics etc. Over a week waiting on 2 orders. Apparently support joined the chat an hour ago and hasn't responded once. They leave you "on hold" for hours so that other people in the queue leave because of the wait time, don't respond, then close the chat and your back to square one, waiting in the queue again. The WORST company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Organising a refund through paypal like so many others.

Sent them the info but never got a response back from them my order is still sitting in the audit stage and live chat never responds to you.. always puts you in a queue position.. was number 8 in queue waited 2 hours for it to go down to 2nd in queue then it shot me back up to 8 in queue.. no responses from emails either.. going to file a dispute on PayPal for this site..
