Quick and easy
Quick and easy, took the fear of asking for payment plan from talking to a person, which feels more intimidating. I would have given 5 stars; but if you make a mistake you can't go back to correct, you have to start all over again. Not hard.

97tax somehow represented themselves as IRS to me, and they are not IRS. I was confused. They charged me $199 and sent me a form to fill out for an installment plan. However, their support worked fast, cleared up the confusion and provided a refund. Support was 5 stars!

They are a legitimate company
They are a legitimate company, not a scam BUT ALOT of reviews say customer service is very slow. I accidentally purchased tax preparation from them, thought I owed federal but it was state, a different beast, I emailed them and got an email back in 2 hrs stating they will give me a full refund that will be in 6 to 7 days. They're not scammers or conmen, they're just slow.
