You charged me for nothing
You charged me for nothing. The IRS form you sent me was only 1 of 2 pages. The page you sent ne was filled out incorrectly by you My wife went on line and got approved for a payment schedule without the use of any form. Since you provided me nothing of value you should voluntarily refund the money I paid you before myI am forced to sue you!

I received the information in the mail exactly when they said I would, the process was fast and painless
I received the information in the mail exactly within the window 97Tax said I would. They were consistent about notifying me by phone on how much I wanted to pay and how I wanted to pay the IRS for taxes. I got the pre prepared for in the mail and all I had to do was sign and date . 97Tax even s included the postaged form to mail the 9465 form to the IRS. I only needed to give them my information and they arranged and easy installment agreement for mu 2026 owed taxes. Easy

I could have printed out this form and not paid anything to fill it out. You guys didn’t even provide the envelope to send the form into the irs. You totally owe me the full amount I paid to set up the installment plan.

was told i would receive a payment…
was told i would receive a payment package in the USPS and it was on its way. never got here. 97 tax said postal service said it was unable . which can not be true. didn't take long for 97 tax to take money for their service. which Im still waiting for their service, it has not happen yet. it a peers they lied to me. payment was due today. guess i'll be late .......no package

We mail your completed application via USPS with tracking emailed within 24 hours of your order, but delivery timing after that is handled by USPS. Good news: you can begin making your payments to the IRS immediately, you don't need to wait for the package to arrive to start.
