Great Support Team
As a creative on the platform, I had a technical issue and contacted 99 designs Support Team. After almost two weeks of trying to get to the bottom of it, we've managed to temporarily resolve the problem, since it was out of both of our hands, but with the prospects of resolving it completely in the future.

What a great concept. Rather than limit your design work to one designer, why not open up the front end of the process and have dozens of keen designers pitching ideas and suggestions. It's such a good website for this. You are almost guaranteed to come out with a better design this way.

Some time ago, I encountered an issue with several VistaPrint projects due to client feedback not reaching my personal email, which temporarily delayed the project payments.

I have been using 99designs for logo and mobile app UI designs for more than 10 years. Why? Because 99designs’ output is far more superior at an international level compared to what I can typically get from local designers.
