Richard Proctor is our family's…
Richard Proctor is our family's Relationship Manager, and we couldn't be more pleased. As a 77 year old retired military officer and family who served for over 26 years, we find that a straight forward, no nonsense approach to our relationship with AAFMAA works best for us. Richard provides accurate and timely information and has been consistent with his discussions and our options. We have both investments and insurance with AAFMAA and Richard is equally knowledgeable about both products, but never guesses. If he needs to research my questions, he does so quickly and accurately. Bottom line is that we are extremely please with Richard Proctor, and sure hope he is recognized for his outstanding performance.
No customer service …
I’ve responded to emails sent specifically to me about my account with questions and no one has ever replied. I’ve been a customer since 1998 but it’s gone downhill. I also send inquiries online from my logged in account and get responded to as “dear member or customer” instead of my.

The speed of response is Amazing!. Email responses I received from Megan Penry were timely and comprehensive in resolving my issues. She promptly got my sons Birth Certificate sent FEDEX and responded to three other issues we had. Anytime I call with a question, I get a quick and thorough response every time. Every person I have spoken with has been courteous, well informed, and totally professional.
