For a cancelled flight compensation the company says you are eligible for 125 euros, AirAdvisor retains 37.5euros, so you get 87.5euros. They are retaining a significant part of the money we are expected to received back for compensation without any reason. This is a form of Mafia.

Firstly, it's all in one place and once you have answered some questions and uploaded some documents the claim is allready set. No going back to answer additional questions or uploading additional documents. You give the info and they make the claim for you. You can always go to the claim site and check the status of the claim but if you don't care for details like me, it really is just about waiting. 1 month later the money was in my account. Easy and no hassle! Fully recommend this company!

Scam. It is not clear that the website is not the airline claims website when you google the airline claims website. They get you to sign T&C's that are not easily provided at the start of teh process, you believe that you are delaing with the trusted airline so you agree. We didnt complete their claim process as we left the website when it ultimately became obvious that they are not the airline. Irrespective they make a claim without you finishing their claim process as they ask you to agree before revealing their true face. When you let them know a couple of days after using the website that you dont want them to act on your behalf they send threatening emails letting you know that you have given them power of attorney and the money is theirs.
