I'm currently in and have been in customer support roles for over a decade, so I'm an extremely difficult customer to please. I raised a query after a misunderstanding on price and expected usual disappointment but I've been pleasantly surprised on each step of my journey with Angara. Firstly, the selection they have online is absolutely gorgeous and the ability to customise each element of their pieces is incomparable. This was the most important thing for me personally when spending months trying to find where to source the engagement ring and two wedding bands for my wedding this autumn. Every interaction since with their support agents has transcended standard assistance. Buying from Angara has made what could have been a stressful process an absolute dream. I was excited to receive my engagement ring but my fiancé and I could never have imagined the experience beforehand honestly. It came BEAUTIFULLY packed with a light up box (didn't even know those existed) and a certificate of authenticity and beautiful earrings as the free gift. I can't express how emotional we are, or articulate how much better it looks in person. I wish I could say more to show how grateful I am for everything they've done. I can't wait to place the order for the wedding bands and tell everyone I know to use them. I will sing their praises until I'm in my grave wearing these rings 😂

After looking at literally hundreds of rings, I found exactly what I was looking for at Angara. When it arrived it was even more beautiful than expected. Their jewelers do incredible work, and customer service is second to none. I would highly recommend Angara!

I love both of my lab grown diamond rings. My only suggestion is that I wish those that are IGI certified be more clearly identified. I assumed when I purchased and they indicated that they were ‘certified’ that it meant IGI

I ordered a pair of diamond earrings on 21/6/26 and order was expected to be delivered by 27/6/26 and it was not. A generic email was sent to me saying that there will be a delay of 1-2 business days. I had to follow the order up multiple times and i am particularly pissed about the fact that in every reply they told me order will be shipped asap.it made me super sceptical and i decided to raise this with my bank as fraud. The order was delivered today and as per their colleague i will be given a 3% discount but i think they have a major communication issue amongst diff departments. The order initself is gorgeous.

Beware: brand new £2,000 engagement ring arrived scratched, and they refused to make it right
Ordered a £1,987 three stone engagement ring (lab-grown ruby with lab diamond side stones, 14ct yellow gold) with express shipping, planning to propose this weekend. When it arrived today, fully sealed and untouched, the shank had a visible scratch and the yellow gold band had an uneven, poorly polished finish, clearly visible under direct light. Not the standard I expected for a "handcrafted" piece at this price.
I contacted their WhatsApp support straight away with photos. After going back and forth and eventually being connected to a manager, the response was that they would not offer any partial refund, only a free repair or a full return, both of which require sending the ring back and neither of which works when you need the ring in days, not weeks.
To make things worse, I was told that if I get it fixed by a local jeweller myself to make the deadline, it voids the lifetime warranty. So the choice I'm left with is either delay a proposal I've been planning, or fix it myself and lose the warranty on a ring I just paid nearly £2,000 for.
The stone itself was fine, this was purely a finishing and quality control failure on a brand new item. For a company that advertises "commitment" and a dedicated customer experience instead of just an inbox, the actual resolution offered fell well short of that. Would not order again for anything time sensitive.
Side note, it's funny how their own website only ever seems to show glowing five star reviews, yet I wasn't given any option to leave one myself. Makes you wonder.

Custom wedding band
I was looking for a matching wedding band to go with my engagement ring that my partner had purchased from Angara. As I had an opal halo ring I was struggling to find something online for my wedding band that I knew would fit snug with the engagement ring. I got in contact with customer service and began by hunt for the perfect ring with Rushi. Rushi took the ring that I thought would best fit, requested the order number of my engagement ring and created a bespoke wedding ring that would fit the dimensions of the engagement ring to perfection! The customer service I recieved throughout this process was amazing, even with a US-UK time difference.
