I wasn't able to recover my data, sadly, but I KNOW that I can't because I was assisted well by my technical support tech E.Z. I nearly gave up when I had a malfunction on my main system, but I was able to get the software to work properly on my laptop. It didn't recover it, but I think saved-over Word documents are just like that.

The customer service at AnyRecover was very responsive and very quick to respond to my enquiries. However, the software application was not what I was hoping for, and did not recover ay of my data for some reason. The 4 star rating is for the good customer service I have received.
