Miserable customer service and untrustworthy I have purchased precious metals from APMEX and used their Citadel storage for years. I initiated a shipping order to have some metals returned to me on May 4, 2026. Transaction ID #108805. They immediately showed the coins removed from my account. It is now over 2 months later and I’m getting nothing but the runaround after dozens of emails and calls trying to figure out where my coins are. The value of the shipment is in six figures. I am beyond frustrated. I’m one step away from contacting consumer protection agencies and state Attorney General’s offices. I laid this complaint here on Trustpilot before, and APMEX never did a thing—no resolution, no accountability, just silence from the very company that cleared my account and then left me hanging. I had given up entirely until another victim pointed me toward Pømåådvisory. They didn’t promise miracles, but they took over communication, cut through the excuses, and actually got my shipment located and delivered when no one else would lift a finger. I would not recommend either APMEX or Citadel. The date stamp will appear wrong—this site won’t let me set it correctly.

i have purchased from APMEX for about 6 years. In the past their shipping was okay. This time they handed it to the post office for snail mail. Up to 7 days delivery time with signature required. The items were over $8000. now we must stay home at least 3 days because USPS is poor.
