After submitting the initial enquiry, Aquacool acted really fast at surveying the site and installing the equipment. They listened to our concerns before making practical suggestions that worked. We queried the after sales process, but this was resolved quite fast. Having a reliable supply of drinkable water is a big hit.
We switched to Aquacool for hot water boilers, plumbed-in water cooler and bottled water cooler at our sites. The service from the start of the process has been very good, and the installation went smoothly. The few teething problems we experienced were quickly resolved, and we benefited from being able to speak directly to individuals in the relevant departments; good communication was not a feature with our previous suppliers.
We used another well known supplier who, we found, to have terrible customer service. Aquacool have been on the ball from day one and our experiences so far have been nothing but positive.
Water delivery is always simple and quick, the water cooler is excellent
Great company and staff always so helpful
Aquacool were very helpful in showing us the type of machines and fitting the appropriate one. I would recommend to other companies wishing to use a water cooler/hot water dispenser
Excellent service from start to finish. The team is quick, reliable, and always reactive when we need something on short notice. Deliveries arrive on time, the water is great quality, and the customer support is consistently helpful. A company that truly makes things easy.
Every interaction has been perfect. Staff are friendly and kind, they always anticipate our needs, call to check if we need anything as they pass. We honestly couldn't be happier.
Aquacool were both professional and Punctual. they did what was required with minimal fuss, no mess and with a smile.
As the director of Vizulate Digital we made enquiries to several companies to supply us with a water cooler/dispenser. From initial enquiry, to delivery of our dispenser and our regular water bottle delivery and services - everything with Aquacool has been a breeze. They frequently call just at the right to ask if we want any more water delivered. Nothing is ever too push or forced but they are there if and when we need. Highly recommended Scott Brant
Great service from the very start. Product is exceptional and the guys with installation and follow up water delivery's were very professional tidy and friendly. Highly recommended. Philip Muldowney.
Clear communication, they respond very quickly. No pressure to buy anything. The team seem nice and professional, happy with the service.
We obtained quotes from a number of companies and ultimately chose Aquacool, and I’m very glad we did. From the outset they were polite, friendly and professional, and the whole process was handled quickly and efficiently. Installation was straightforward, communication was clear, and the service has been completely reliable since. It was a refreshingly hassle-free experience and exactly what you want from a supplier. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Aquacool to other businesses.
Excellent service from the very start. Great quality machines and reliable delivery service. Competitive pricing compared to our previous provider. Thank you!
We have just opened a new office and researched different companies, Laura was a breath of fresh air and provided us with all the information we needed to know regarding costs and delivery. We were surprised at how cost effective it was and how helpful Laura was throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend for your business!
