Outstanding Service
From the first request for information Aquacool have been very attentive and fulfilling each and every request without any undue delay, the equipment and service provided is second to non, have a mains fed water cooler with hot water and a water boiler onsite has only made me wonder why we never did it before. The overall costs are very competitive, well worth having.

Very nice and easy to complete the set up. The machine was delivered when they said and have had 5* service thus far.

Without sounding too 'cheesy' - this team is - responsive - stick to what they promised to - engineers sent onsite are committed, they don't just drop bottles, they assist with anything extra if needed -onsite team or operations (head office based) - I wish more companies would work at the same attitude and hands on :)

Deliveries are always reliable and on time, and the staff are friendly and professional. The quality of the water is excellent, and the ordering process is simple and hassle-free. Aquacool were so helpful throughout the process of selecting the best water cooler for our community gym. David was super quick at responding and helping us decide on the most suitable product. Fantastic!! Brilliant service received from Aquacool so far. From the point of requesting a quote, to receiving a call to discuss details, to having the bottle cooler installed was very quick indeed. Everyone I've spoken to so far have been both friendly and professional. Would not hesitate in advising other companies to sign up ... especially if like myself, it meant moving Culligan aside!
