Made an order for a new water cooler and it was delivered within 48 hours. The service has been great, and all the staff are really friendly and helpful.
Long standing and trusted Supplier
Aquacool have supplied us with with a seamless filtered water service for nearly 20 years. They first supplied our water, in stand alone filter machines, then progressed easily into mains-fed ones. Now they also supply our coffee with a really excellent Jura machine which is perfect for our small office needs. We can depend on them to solve any queries very quickly and professionally. Fault free experience.
After multiple problems with our previous supplier (a well known big provider) I contacted Laura at Aquacool to see if they could help. We got a competitive quote, plenty of communication and quick delivery. Aquacool’s local engineer installed our water coolers on time and fuss free. Highly recommended and trustworthy firm.

Great customer service to set up the plan. A few hiccups getting the water fountain delivered but has been seamless since this point.
very disappointing experience
Signed a contract with Aquacool based on a promise of immediate water delivery. No delivery arrived as agreed, and when it finally did, it was sent to the wrong address. Due to Aquacool failing to meet their side of the contract, I attempted to rescind the agreement. This was refused, and I was then charged the full contract value for an entire year in advance. Overall, a very disappointing experience, with poor service and no flexibility when issues were clearly caused by Aquacool.

Really happy with our regular driver popping in to check if we need anything. When the office is really busy and we've overlooked checking our water bottles, its so much easier to manage.

had a great experience at Aquacool, thanks in large part to Noel. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. Excellent Service from Elian
Aquacool really helped us find the right water cooler exactly when we needed it. We had some helpful back-and-forth on calls and emails to make sure it suited our GP practice perfectly, otherwise, we were on track to pick the wrong one and would have regretted it soon after. Elian was fantastic throughout, adjusting the contract and guiding us through the options. He carefully considered both our finance team's requirements and what our staff needed, making everything straightforward and stress-free. Plus, as a local Manchester business, they're able to help quickly if we need it!

Reece and the Water Soldiers
I have recently had the pleasure of of doing business with Reece in using Aquacool for our cold water provision in new premises. I was looking for straight forward transparency and genuine honest people and go just that. Reece has been a delight as have the delivery team. Worst company you can do business with ❌
BE WARNED ❌⛔️ - awful company will not deliver within the given time frame. Do not I repeat DO NOT trust and sign anything with them until you have your delivery. They will not deliver for months and then take you to court as you have signed the contract. Ruthless company out to take you to court without delivering goods in time. We placed an order and agreed a delivery time frame. We chased them with no joy and out the blue one day they sent a rep to arrange installation. We mentioned that we have had one installed as we couldn’t wait the month without contact from them. They then took us to court for £1200 for signing the contract! Resulting in a CCJ - do not use this company at any cost.

Hi Mohammed, We’re sorry this situation has caused frustration, however parts of this review are factually incorrect. We are a family-run business and always endeavour to give our customers the best experience possible. In this case, we made repeated attempts to make contact by phone and email over an extended period, without success. Installation arrangements were later made in line with a signed contract that was still active when another installer was used. We also need to be clear that no CCJ has been issued in relation to this matter. That statement is incorrect. We never want matters to escalate and legal action is always a last resort. We strongly refute any suggestion that we deliberately delay projects or act unfairly.
