very disgraceful customer service from the asda staff and management need better training how to deal with customers issues and also long queues at the customer service with one staff on the tills when the management is not good what do you expect from this store Feltham Asda.
Absolutely disgraceful food quality from Asda melksham tho I know many places are just like it. Not acceptable
I went to Asda on Qeens Road in Ashton under Lyne. Your website suggested the opening time is at 6:00 today. I have been at 6:30 a.m. and instead of open door I have seen people inside cleaning and outside delivery was coming. I had to lost my time and went to big Asda in the town, which was open and at 7 a.m. I was able to make my urgent shopping. I expect the management of the shop will change the opening hours on the website. It os bad impression and I am unhappy.
I find pricing here is usually better than the larger supermarkets, nice clean stores
Why is adsa passing my information on for cold calling asking Why I haven't shopped online for a while?
Asda sent a delivery i changed the date on the app and had already recieved the day before! The second order arrived with half of the order missing and now refused to refund me for this missing items! Even though i was promised a refund from customer services... disgusting behavior!! Thieves! I have closed my account and will NEVER shop with them again!! Be aware of their scam!!!
Asda are now trying out self service only . Do not comply do not use these or any other stores that support this , it's being tested out at the Morley branch Leeds today , jobs will go profits will soar on saved wages
I was short- delivered part of my order, and customer services were less than empathetic. They couldn't do anything but offer a refund. I had to reorder the missing items, which, since it was below the minimum order size, cost me an extra £4.00. To compensate for that, the advisor offered me a £3.00 voucher! I found only covering 75% of the cost of their mistake insulting, so I declined the offer.
I've given this store a wide berth for over a year, as the last time I visited I found that its customer service in general was pretty poor in comparison to another nearby supermarket But not so today - so I can only assume that the new store manager there sees customer service as a priority. From the friendly lady who was manning the kiosk ( who directed me to the Evri collection point for an ebay order I'd come to collect ) to the lovely guy who was emptying the bins, but who left off what he was doing to help me with my Asda card, and the Guy on the customer service desk ( who explained about Asda's id policy, but in a polite & non aggressive way} not forgetting the lady with the lovely smile in the clothes section, who stopped what she was doing to let me know where I could go to find a price for a blouse I liked, nothing was too much trouble. And all the staff looked actually happy as though they were really enjoying working at the Farnborough store. Such a difference to the last time when every one looked glum & the two 'deputy' managers on duty, insisted they send someone out to my sleeping husband in our car which was parked in a disabled space in order to 'prove' to themselves that he really was disabled' This was despite my having shown them his disabled parking badge. I'll certainly be going to this store again if this is Farnborough Asda's 'new look'
WHATS HAPPENED TO ASDA FOOD. POOR QUALITY, NOTHING LASTS, DATES CLOSE TO USEBY DATE
Asda are thieves The scam you by pretending to do roll back process when it’s not the case. They’ll increase the price from, my example, £1.70 to £2.40 and then have the audacity to say that we are rolling the price back to £2.00. What they really did was to increase the price by 30% and LIE by saying they’re rolling back the price. This product was NEVER £2.40 and they are lying. ASDA ARE THIEVES!
I try to use asda deliver on just eat, and after paying I wait ,wait wait and nothing, open the app and realized they have cancelled the full order, very, very poor service. Don't recommend.
Asda customer helpline is beyond incompetent and not fit for purpose. I made a very straight forward complaint six weeks ago and have still not received a response. This is despite numerous calls and emails. The helpline has given me two email addresses which seem to be inactive. No wonder Asda are losing customers in droves to their competitors. Asda you should be thoroughly ashamed of your diabolical customer service
Awful service! I received two chilled ready meals yesterday (3rd July) BOTH had a use by date of today (4th July). I didn’t notice when they were delivered so requested a refund for short date online within an hour and both requests were rejected! These are meant to arrive with 4 to 5 days on them not one! I feel like ASDA are calling me a liar! I have photos of both product and want a refund.
Everytime I shop at Asda i spend over £80 sometimes £100 i don't seem to get any points. Tesco used to be good but had to wait few months for vouchers. Asda used to be good points build up. Now Asda is rubbish no points. Lidl are taking over you get points straight away. I might not shop at Asda anymore. It seems to be expensive than before.
My husband ordered raspberries and it's so bad, there were insects. Yak.Not recommended.
Drove off leaving last of my shopping on doorstep in their crate All frozen food was defrosted and left security tag on bottle of sprits Contacted Asda next morning promised refund sent pic of spirits with tag and was told someone would call and remove 8 days later still Waiting and now want pics of my defrosted week old food that’s in the bin
Every time I do a shop online it's like everything has down sizeed to feed the little people I mean what's going on. Not only that half your shopping is out of stock and when I look at what you get for like £100 looks more like £20 worth .and most refrigerated products go bad within a day .
Staff might appear rude, but that will be because their is not enough staff to do the jobs that asda expect them to do. Our store ( and it's a small store) has lost 25 staff since Christmas and not one has been replaced. Ment to always have 2 on selfscan, we constantly only have 1. That's 3 staff on the tills nearly all the time, 1 on till, 1 on selfscan and 1 on cigarettes/customer service. How the owners expect staff to give customers the service they deserve working under those circumstances. I agree the customers deserve a better service, but staff are struggling on a day to day basis just so the owners can pay off the massive debt the have got themselves into. The staff do the best they can under very difficult conditions. Asda said their plan was to become the 2nd largest supermarket in the UK. Sorry asda owners but you are falling well short of achieving that, customers expect to be served with trolleys at tills. THEY DONT GET PAID BY ASDA SO WHY SHOULD THEY DO ALL THE WORK THAT STAFF GET PAID TO DO. Simple just to get the owners out of debt, they just go to other stores where the level of service is more acceptable. I give them 3 years and that's being kind.
