Is it just me or has asda turned into a out of date products or close to out of date products supermarket , just robbing people
Asda in Doncaster you are made to feel like a criminal with face recognition on entry. Rewards scheme is a scam and much of produce poor quality. Biggest issue is produce labelling wrong, this happens far to often to be a mistake. Last example was kerry gold butter with price of £2.50 but closer inspection this was for cheaper product as butter actually £2.90 people with less than perfect eye sight will have no idea they just had their pants pulled down.
I brought a pass from Asda but decided to cancel ,I have been given evocuher , absolutely pointless , The money should go back into bank accounts , just a warning to others who may think of cancelling .
i ordered over a kilo of chicken roll, why is the use by date only 3 days away .. thats a lot of chicken.. you swapped my little gem lettuce for a bag of spinach and beetroot neither of which are even lettuce and may i say rather sweaty looking.. And my pistachio ice cream you swapped for praline, which is toffee and i hate praline . I have not used Asda online in a long while Im really disappointed with these choices you made .
Poor customer communication. Orders was meant to be delivered 7:30pm -8:30pm .I called at 9 to see why it was late to be told my order had been cancelled. No communication at all from Asda customer service until I called .
Bought a pack of cheese, when I arrived home after 30 mins I noticed it had well developed white mould. I returned to my local store but they said it's not policy to refund chilled goods after 30mins. It is clearly unfit for consumption. I couldn't find this policy on their website, I then waited more than 15 minutes while the supervisor went away to check the policy. The cheese was from their exceptional range, unlike the service I've experienced. When the manager became involved he immediately issued a refund.
I I paid my shopping to be delivered between 4:30 pm and 5:30 pm and it cost me £3.75 now they’re saying it can’t get here till 5:45. so they need to sort it out quick, but he’s getting a joke now if you can’t give those times, you shouldn’t put a certain time. if you can’t stick to the times that you advertise and that people are paid for then you should do that it’s disgusting customer service. I’ve worked in the shop and that’s one thing I’ve never done is let a customer down with her delivery, if I give him a set time, it’s there within that time.
Toryglen ASDA bakery is extremely poor quality...I both a cheesy scones the day was till the next in the scones was mouldy. I try to avoid the ASDA however is just opposite to me. The regards points is a joke too...I never get any no idea how it is go on not like a Tesco when you can see points and receiving rewards.
Reward scheme is rubbish the worst out of all the supermarkets spent over £100 got 40p the offers are rubbish as well.
I purchased a tin of soup which when opened had a spider in it. This my granddaughter who’s 10 could have eaten. I raised a complaint through the store as that is the company policy. I was given 2 tins of soup as again the policy is to refund and replace. I followed up the complaint instore 6wks later as I’d heard nothing to find that the complaint hadn’t gone through. The store sent another complaint which this time after many attempts went through and I was given a ref number. The complaint asked that I be contacted asap due to the earlier issue. Checked today as again heard nothing after waiting another 5wks. The response was in my opinion absolute disgusting. Head office has decided no further investigation or action was needed. Just from a food safety point of view this is absolutely not the way this should have been dealt with. Telling a customer that it’s not a serious issue and for Asda to feel that a free 60p tin of soup deals with this is appalling. Food safety is a serious issue and should not be ignored and a customer who has been on the receiving end of a safety breach should in no way be ignored. I won’t be shopping in Asda again, I will take my money somewhere where Customers are valued and their concerns and safety is taken seriously
Just purchased a Asda chocolate and raspberry trifle.£3.35 What a bad decision..finally stepped into Asda after 25 years- the food quality is terrible! They charge premium prices for some product that goes into the bin! Why just why are you ripping of your customers knowing that the taste and quality is worth rubbish! You have charged customers money for products which are inedible - the trifle falls apart ..the jelly is like cardboard hard and tasteless ..no authentic cream and chocolate mouse is just awful! Stop whipping off your customers ! Tesco does the same trifle much cheaper and outstanding quality on all products !
I'm forced to do online shopping, I've decided to use Asda. Unfortunately after few tries I'm giving up. They sent me sausages a month out of date! Food with 1 day expiry date, fruits and vegetables in terrible condition, it seems it's a persistent pattern where they want to get rid of old stuff and hope the customer doesn't check. Very disappointing, I'm done with them for good!
I have emailed customer care regarding an unfortunate incident three times in the past week and have still not received any response or acknowledgement. This is absolutely shocking customer service!
Colindale Asda I witnessed a female member of staff assault a Gentalmen and also she Racially abused him with racial abuse saying the Bad words she hit him three times and threw a box of crisps at him . It was shocking behavior the victim had insulin pump on his arm. There was no compassion from any of the team leaders or managers . Asda has really got bad customer service . Too Abuse your regular customers is really bad . And also the team leaders manipulate the staff to make lies against there victims to get them sacked and barred from Asda they abuse there power and need to be investigated for there curroption in Asda Colindale trying get staff to make up lies in there investigation against the same man that was assaulted by them. Curroption at its finest.
Rubbish service No answer to the call and specially the one in Belmont circle in harrow HA3 people are very rude and there service is not acceptable Rubbish 😔
Why people still shop at this godawful supermarket is beyond me. From potatoes growing roots just 3 days after delivery to refunds not being issued, to items barely being in stock, the whole shopping experience is a shambles. The quality of meat is laughable. Fatty and disgusting. Their extra special range of meat is the same quality as Tesco’s basic range. Even my dogs refuse to eat the garbage Hero dog food. I made the mistake of giving Asda another chance after switching to Tesco many years ago. It is a mistake I won’t make again. Even being on Universal Credit, I prefer to pay that little bit more for decent food.
I booked an express delivery, costing £8.99, in which my order consisted of many items for the fridge including prawns. Not only did the delivery driver ring me and say that he was outside the school where I was having it delivered to (which he wasnt, it took him at least 15 minutes to find the entrance to the school. The food was in a metal container on the back of a bike. He was not prepared to "deliver" and said I had to go and collect my delivery from his bike. The bags were so warm and the prawn packet warmer. All the cheese was soft along with all my other fridge items. This is a digraceful delivery service, totaslly over-priced considering majority of my order is now going in the bin!!!
Wanted to print a photo found it very complicated asked a shop assistant if she knew how to do it and although it wasn't her department she would see what she could do,she stayed with me and my husband and between the 3 of us(mainly her) we successfully achieved our quest. So big shout out to Joana on self service for being so kind and patient with us.
ASDA pharmacy (Harrogate) refuses to dispense valid prescriptions within its advertised operating hours. No help, no assistance, no alternatives nothing just a refusal to assist! How are they a registered pharmacist as they consistently abuse the local community they're supposed to SERVE? If you have this god forsaken repository of despair in your NHS app I strongly suggest you replace it - try Boots! Oh & BTW Allan Leighton is a lying thief!
