Mixed bag
I had so much stress and difficulty with my Asda online order. It was for my aunt who has learning disabilities. She had been in hospital and was still a bit wobbly. I couldn't see how to add bags to the order and I was really concerned how she would manage. Unfortunately, I couldn't be there to help when the delivery was due. It was almost impossible to reach anyone by phone. The woman on the customer services line was no help. I asked for a return call from a manager, but no one called. In the end I left a note with my details, sharing my concerns, and asking the delivery driver to help. He went above and beyond, taking Jo's groceries in, but also messaging me to reassure me all was ok. Shame about the poor customer service and lack of access to reasonable ajustments on the corporate side, but massive thanks and five stars to the delivery driver John Clorley, Weston super Mare who absolutely saved the day.

Regrettable asda fuel stop
Was a while ago. However, I was purchasing fuel in an asda fuel station in North Wales. I had bought 10 pounds worth of fuel and paid with a 20 pound note. (fuel was a bit cheaper then) The elderly cashier lady had gotten distracted during the transaction by a caffufel on the forecourt, and had not given me the change, I waited, but she then claimed I'd given her just 10. She would not budge on it. I went back into the store, asking security to review the footage. Told thats not available right now. Had to leave and come back, leave and come back at my own expense.
They finally looked at the footage and found me to be correct and rang me, no apology, just go and collect the 10 pounds.. Had to queue at customer services, again no apology, no admission of guilt, basically shoved the 10 pounds at me like I was I in the wrong and they were doing me a favour. Frankly, I would shop anywhere but Asda.

Needed to order a couple of wash bags coz didn’t have em instore . Then I noticed was a charge and a time for click and collect pmsl may only be fifty pence but I’m not paying to pick a product up coz you don’t stick it. Wouldn’t ever buy the food you sell any way vile place

Very poor customer service AVOID customer service is out sourced petrol stations are run seperate despite name above. I visited Asda petrol station and purchased petrol and other items. Told advisor petrol and pump didn't charge. Left and later recieved trace letter with increased amount. Went back to petrol station to complain and pay petrol. Told i couldn't. Called main store they said nothing they can do. Tried contacting vars technology very unhelpful Told i was responsible despite error and that they had sent to debt collection agency have been trying to sort out ever since and recently visited store petrol station and Told not to be given petrol like im a criminal due to their staff error. Nobody to sort out or talk too debt collection agency unhelpful Adsa unhelpful and no resolve. I have paid £60 so far

Rude staff at Asda pill Newport. Staff didn’t allow to use self service baskety as I got trolly. Huge queue at trolley tills and free till on basket area.
What a con - called to ask why I had receive no reward since April ! was told you only get rewards for ' some' milestones - something has changed as I use to get at least some rewards have spent a lot of money at Asda and George at Asda since April and non of it is part of their ' reward scheme' really !! - will get my shopping elsewhere

Disabled person refused service in Ransgate
I visited my local branch in Ramsgate recently, and the only manned check-out was closed. I asked for help at the self service tills as I have an eye problem, and I am aged 72. This was refused, I asked at the counter near the door and was also refused, though the employee was unoccupied. I was obliged to leave without my order. I emailed their customer services on Saturday, and have received no reply.

I have just purchased petrol at the Asda Express, Evesham located on the A46. The pumps are so dirty, the handles and the display is truly disgusting. The price isn’t displayed and inside the was full of trollies and waste. Just glad I didn’t use the toilets 🤮
Going stop using so many out dates missing items and subs that are nothing like the items and reject your refund requests 😡

At Gosforth Hollywood Avenue Asda, there are lots of lovely staff especially 3 that make my visit to store when I see them, Lou, Michelle and Gaynor are always happy to see me have a brief chat to say hello as I go to the tills, they are always helpful, polite and make my shopping experience a pleasure. Asda need more workers like these 3 and are an asset to the company

No help to get order into trolley.
Went to collect order of 6x 102l clear plastic crates for moving/storage. When Asda staff member brought my order, each crate was individually wrapped in thick polythene with packing tape so unable to stack to firstly put in trolley and then in my car. Staff member said sorry i have to go back to desk leaving me to struggle to open polythene, so I could stack crates and put in trolley. As the kiosk where she went back to was only a few feet away she watched me struggle with no offer of calling someone to help. Another customer asked if they had scissors to help but was told a flat no. Compassion from another customer but certainly not from Asda.
A delivery van drove down the road at excessive speed, screeching tyres on 28/7/26 at 6pm. I emailed Asda: customer.services at asda.co.uk and have never received a reply, which was the same as last time that I reported antidocial driving by Asda & the time that I reported an accident with a delivery driver that drove off after damaging a neighbour's car. They are utterly useless, totally disinterested and take no responsibility for their staff behaviour.

Asda rewards app is load of rubbish now
What a load of rubbish now. Asda has nothing worthy on their Rewards App.
The rewards app and online shop have gone down the pan. I only shop in their store as they are the nearest to me. Sainsbury's food quality is better and their prices are equally priced as Asda prices now. And you get points with Sainsbury's so probably best to shop there.
The rewards system is pathetically bad. Got a message to say my cashpot was about to expire, asked at the till to use it or convert it but because it was less than a pound informed its not possible. ASDA has now snatched back the measly amount I had accumulated spending £££s. Very poor customer relations ,leaving customers feeling cheated. will avoid in future.
I am a regular customer at the Beddington branch and, while the service has generally been satisfactory, I must formally raise a concern regarding the ongoing failure of my Rewards Card and the complete lack of acknowledgement from Asda.
Since 20 April, my Rewards Card has not registered or updated my wallet balance. This issue occurs despite my presenting the barcode at checkout and receiving the confirmation message, “Rewards card accepted.” The fault is therefore not due to user error but appears to be a system failure affecting my account.
I contacted Customer Service several weeks ago to report this matter. To date, I have received no response, no update, and not even an acknowledgement of my correspondence. This level of non‑communication is unacceptable.
I now request that my Rewards Card be manually updated with all missing rewards accrued since 20 April, and that the underlying issue preventing automatic updates be investigated and resolved. I would appreciate confirmation once these actions have been completed.
