Watch great - Customer Service is not

Watch is great quality at a fantastic price. Big disappointment onthe Customer Service side. When I asked for 2 complimentary links the agent informed me they couldn't get them. I contacted Hamilton directly a d got them to ship these to me for free with free shipping. All I had to do was provide the receipt with watch model number, etc. Very alarming when your company claims to be an authorized dealer for Hamilton and you refused to assist me, where I am not and was able to get them. Your customer service needs some attention.
