I wanted a watch with a grey colored dial so ordered the Tissot Chemin des Tourelles Men's Watch T1398071106100 which upon arrival discovered it is much closer to black than grey. I feel like it was miss-represented on the website as it looked to be a lighter color than what arrived. Very disappointed that I had to pay for return shipping after this ordering experience.

Quickly and speedy- Placed my order on 7/12/26 and it shipped the following day. My coupon failed to apply so I contacted customer service. Initially, I received an automated response. Following, was a 7am correspondence, offering a refund. Although I have not received my item yet I am VERY pleased with Ashford thus far and my experience with its customer service team.

Great watch. The only problem I have with it is the Ashford website stated it has a Sapphire crystal. I checked the specs on the citizen website and it states it has a mineral crystal. That’s a big mistake on Ashford website in my opinion. Reported this problem on the Ashford Facebook page about a week ago and they never responded.
