Customer service ignored me question after asked multiple times. Product was later reported out of stock after i order it. At the end of the day it was back in stock..

Incredibly organized bag!

I had an issue with my first diaper bag l and Baby K’tan replaced it for me. I am very happy with my new bag, love the organization of it, the removable wet bag, and the changing pad that folds out so far (you need to unzip that back compartment all the way around!). Cute print, water resistant fabric, they’ve really thought of everything here! The one thing I would change is making the thermal bottle pocket taller. If you have an 8oz bottle with a lid on it, you have to kind of jam it in there. It is fine, just would be nice for that to be a bit easier.

I was very impressed with how fast my order arrived. Within 30 minutes of placing my order and getting my confirmation, my order shipped! I got it so fast. Love this wrap! It’s my second one and I’ll never go back to another. It’s so easy to use and folds up tightly for easy storage!

One size was too large so I ordered another one and it was too small.i contacted customer support to find out how to make a return but no one contacted me back.

Great customer service. I needed to exchange my wrap and the experience was so easy. I will not be able to use my wrap until May but I'm definitely in love with the material that's used.

Easy to use!

This wearable baby carrier is the best. I had a wrap with my first baby and I always had to look on YouTube to figure out how to wrap it correctly. Baby ktan makes the baby carrying experience so much simpler.

Ordering was easy and customer service was great. I purchased as a gift and a review was requested soon after. Person got the gift two weeks later, baby has not been born yet. So don’t n ow how well it is working

The sizing is a bit off

The sizing is a bit off. I've followed the instructions to stretch it and my baby is squished, including the "girls". I am a small/medium in everything and think I'd need a large for everyone to be happy.

It was a little difficult for me to get my baby in. I also was under the impression that free shipping and returns would mean I could return the item without having to pay to ship it back but I was wrong. I should have read the policy a little more so that’s my fault.

Too tight

The style and material is great, but the sizing is very inaccurate- extremely small/far too tight to use. It’s a waste, sadly, as I washed it and can’t return it.

This is the second time I’ve bought the baby k’tan. I love this carrier, especially for younger babies. It’s so easy to use and slip in quickly at the grocery store, and very comfortable. Highly recommend!
