I ordered it June 24 It is August 5th I still don’t have it . When I emailed they give me so much explanation how many day to fetch the cotton from cotton field and how many days to wave the string and how many day to make the fabric and design and stock it by hand . I am done I requested for refund or item I didn’t get any so I started dispute process via my cc . They are scam
I ordered a lovely quilt May 1st. It's August 4th now and I don't even have a tracking number. I'm not rich. This was a big purchase for me and it kind of breaks my heart. I would really love to have the product but I'm losing faith.

I'm a fan of basic solids, so I hope they add more soon! But I couldn't resist the floral and animal prints they have now. They are so artistic. Shipping was a bit slow to Europe, but worth the wait.

HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER!! I ordered a quilt on Jun 9 and as of 8/4 still haven't gotten my order. Nor can I see where it is in transit.Now they say if I upgrade this review they will refund my money. So I'll give it a 2 until I get my money back. Zumbamboo I'm waiting on my refund

I ordered the wrong size and didn’t realize until it arrived. I emailed them and they got back to me right away . They are sending me the right size even though it was my fault for ordering the wrong size . They also are letting me keep the one that does not fit . Great customer service .

I ordered 2 sleeper pajamas, paid $68.00 and only received 1. This invoice said both were in the package. I have e-mailed the company twice but have not received a response.

With the exception of the delivery delays I was very pleased with the quality of the pajamas I ordered for my grandson. The photo prints on the material is superb quality and the customer service is stellar. Whenever I contacted customer service about my delivery concerns I always received a quick reply. I placed an order for my grandson for a Christmas gift (yes I’m shopping in July) and I noticed after I had ordered and received a confirmation number that I ordered the wrong size pajamas. I sent an email back to them and explained the issue and I received a response so fast that they had fixed the situation and when I received them they had corrected my error. The pajamas are so cute too!

I 100% recommend this company based off of quality, price, customer service, and shipping time. The quality alone, is worth everything. Wonderful customer service! My order was delayed and arrived after my granddaughter had returned home to Spain, but the company kindly offered to send a larger size at no additional cost and allowed me to keep the original outfit.
