We have ordered a couple things here and there and been satisfied. Here recently we ordered some pajamas, and one of the pants was the wrong size. Their customer service was incredible. I did not have to wait days to hear back. They responded immediately and resolved the issue in less than 24 hours, which was great because my toddler was so excited to wear her new jammies. We appreciate this company and the quality of their products. We will be returning customers for sure. Thanks RuffleButts :)
Very happy with my purchase from Ruffle butts! I ordered 3 suits for my daughter and matching suits for my husband and I. The quality is great and we are so excited to all match together.
Also the customer service (Summer was who helped me) was amazing and prompt to send me out a replacement order when my order was not delivered to the right home.
Will be shopping with this company in the future!
We have been Ruffle Butts customers for almost 5 years now. Quality is excellent, length of wear is also phenomenal. Colors and options for apparel and bathing suits are awesome. I don't think there are enough positive descriptive words for the type of company this is. They care about their customers and their product quality and that is rare to come by. We recommend RB and purchase gifts for our friends and family too. Customer service is outstanding too. Thank you RB for being a true and valuable resource for clothing.
I love the customer service and quality of the Ruffle Butts product. I feel the bathing suits run a bit small, so need to keep this in mind. I like the sales they offer, however, you have to pay for your own return shipping. This to me counteracts the savings ... I just had to spend $10 at the post office, to return a suit that was too small for my child. That's the part that is disappointing if you don't happen to get sizing right.
Ruffle Butts makes the best bathing suits and their customer service team is the absolute best. When I ordered the wrong size for my daughter, they helped me get the correct size in time for her birthday!
I love the customer service at Rufflebutts’s. The lady I just talked to was amazing. So helpful and so kind.I have had nothing but positive kindness.Thank you so much.
I had one of the best experiences ever and that’s saying something. Rufflebutts responded to my concerns extremely quickly and were very helpful. I even received a follow up email just to make sure that I received and was happy with my order. Not only do they offer adorable, well made clothing, but the customer service is fantastic 💕 I will be a repeat customer
We love Ruffle/Rugged Butts! High quality pieces, and excellent customer service! Marcus was a dream to work with! While we have littles, we’ll be Ruffle/Rugged Butts customers!
I love everything about Ruffle butts. The quality of clothing is excellent. I will always order from here. The customer service is great. They go above and beyond to please their customers.
I truly love this brand! While I normally can't splurge on the full price prints, I always keep my eye out for their sales. These suits are such good quality and I look forward to buying new ones every year. The material, the stitching, the RUFFLES! Their customer service team is also TOP NOTCH! You can't go wrong with a purchase from their site!
I love the products and the exceptional customer service. 😍 ❤️
I love the products. Especially the princess bathing suits all 3 of my girls love. My latest package came missing 2 items and the customer service from rufflebutts was absolutely amazing. Got my missing items within a few days and they were so nice wonderful 5 🌟 the only place I buy my kids bathing suits.
I have reached out to customer service twice now and both times their agents went above and beyond to help me find a solution. In a world of useless AI agents, this has been such a breath of fresh air. Thank you to their customer service team and thanks for giving them the autonomy to do great!
Love the quality of the clothes and when I had a sizing issue, two customer service representatives did an amazing job fixing my issue. Will be back for many more purchases.
I have been shopping Ruffle Butts for yrs now and love their products!!! Such cute items and love their amazing deals. Also, just had to deal with their customer service related to a problem that could happen anywhere but they were great. They responded fast and made everything right. I will continue to shop with them and recommend!!! If you haven’t brought from them yet then you are definitely missing out, place your order today!!!
Rufflebutts products are super cute and high quality.
I have used them for matching Christmas pajamas and matching swimwear for my eleven grandchildren. Their customer service is great when I've needed to make adjustments. Highly recommend!
I have ordered a few times from them but this last experience I had an issue with the item. I cannot state enough how unbelievably nice and helpful customer care was. The end result was also a swift fix for the issue I had. I recommend rufflebutts to anyone looking for a great company to do business with. It helps that they also sell beautiful clothes for children!
