I bought my dad a cheesecake for Father's Day and had it scheduled to be delivered the Saturday before. Bake Me A Wish shipped it UPS two day which does not guarantee Saturday delivery. The cake was late and ruined. My dad is 90. He doesn't have a lot of Father's Days left. I gave two stars since the refund process was seamless.

The cake/cookies arrived of but that is all I say about it. It was horrible. My son also included a dozen cookies packet. The same. Both lacked flavor and texture. I was so disappointed that he spent his money purchasing and having it flown to Hawaii to celebrate my birthday. It was a brown sticky glob. Impossible to cut. I had to thrown it out. The ice pack had completely melted and was a warm pack of water. I would not recommend this product for flavor, texture and especially where if was tasteless,,,,and would suggest never accept orders to Hawaii. I did not have the heart to tell him he had wasted his money!

Not tastey at all. The one I bit into I couldn't even swallow it.
The box was way too big for the order of 12 brownies. They were all mixed up, very unpleasant site. Then after separating the 4 flavors, I bit into it and it was stale and broke into pieces. Then I tried the chocolate truffle walnut and the same old taste.

Cake was packaged terribly! Was upside down & outside of the styrofoam- if the styrofoam had been taped it might not have been so bad … not on ice or anything

My son has a buzzer system for package retrieval; however, UPS left the cheesecake in a bustling lobby, buried under other packages, leading to its spoilage over several days.
